Outstanding Stay for Red Sox

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 hours ago

I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jeff Ney and the management team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. One of the highlights was the new rooftop experience, which offered a great atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax. As an unexpected bonus, I even had the opportunity to meet former Jonny Gomes on the rooftop, making an already memorable stay even more special. The hotel’s location was another huge advantage. I was in town for a Boston Red Sox game, and being located right next door to the ballpark made everything incredibly convenient. The ability to walk to and from the game while enjoying all the nearby restaurants and attractions was a major plus. Overall, this was an exceptional stay with outstanding service, a great location, and memorable experiences. Thank you to Jeff and the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Boston!

Hospitality Defined

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

What a great and welcoming place to stay. The accommodations were great and surpassed our expectations. The friendliness and hospitality are better than we’ve had. Nick MacDonald is a boss. Best concierge I’ve ever had dealings with. Made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We loved Boston and your hotel’s hospitality got it all started. We will be back. Thank you guys.

Long Weekend in Boston

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Pros: Location is perfect for a Red Sox game. Employees are super helpful and friendly. Food (which you order from your phone after scanning a QR Code) is surprisingly excellent for a hotel. We ate breakfast every morning and dinner in the hotel lobby. An Uber is never more than a few minutes away. Cons: Fenway Kings face Fenway, but The Mass Pike is between the hotel and the ballpark! Our room had a white noise machine but it was not enough to drown out the truck and motorcycle noise from the highway. If we return, I would opt for a room facing Commonwealth Ave. Also the AC unit was very loud (we turned it off at night so we could sleep). Overall we would return, just not in a Fenway King.

Exceptional!

Our experience was exceptional! The hotel was great but what really put it over the top was the staff. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I highly recommend staying there if you’re visiting Boston.
