I think this is my new favorite hotel! Starting with my very last minute request to do a little something special for my husband's birthday (delicious cupcakes and prosecco for the win thanks to Calvin!) to holding our bags and giving us a later checkout when the Sox game had a delay, the front of house staff were on point and fantastic! On to the room. We were in the Terrier room which was so very comfortable with lots of space to spread out. We overlooked Comm Ave but barely heard a thing all night. And the food! We ended up with room service for both dinner and breakfast. We agreed the turkey club (dinner) and eggs benedict (breakfast) were some of the best iterations of these items we've ever had. We also ordered the smoothie bowl which was also fantastic. My only quibble is I wish there were easier to access outlets for charging or USB ports for charging. Phones and watches all still got charged so this was far from a big deal, just something to take this already wonderful hotel to perfection.

The room was fantastic. Nick at front desk is a very personable and outgoing person who is a huge asset to that hotel., after visiting several restaurants/bars/shops on 3 days, finding someone like Nick who was open and helpful and not rude or putout like most of the people we met on this trip. Boston was great lil city and being so close to Fenway was a definite plus.

Hotel Commonwealth has not only a great location but the staff is outstanding too. We stayed to go see James Taylor at the MGM theatre by Fenway; and have stayed before to see other events at Fenway. It is super close, parking is easy, the staff are warm, friendly, and locally knowledgeable. Everyone is ready to help. At the front desk be sure to tell Nick you are a Sox fan! He appreciates it. The place is clean, comfortable and we absolutely look forward to our next visit.
