The Langham, Boston

Everything was magnificent. From the cleanliness, the the fresh flowers, the infused waters available everywhere, the magnitude and inclusivity of the gym, the staffs attention to detail and their initiative to go above and beyond for simply the sake of good customer service; the food was consistently delectable and the diversity is the assortment of foods was greatly appreciated! Cannot wait to come back to Boston, and will make sure to include the Langham as part of that experience.

The Langham Boston is a beautiful hotel, very well located, with an elegant atmosphere and excellent surroundings. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the rooms is a major issue. I could hear every conversation and movement in the hallway so clearly that it genuinely felt as though people were inside my room. For a hotel of this category and price level, this is simply not acceptable. A lovely property overall, but the lack of proper sound insulation seriously affected the comfort of the stay. Quite frankly, it was a disaster.

A truly outstanding hotel. Staff is beyond compare. Service was top notch. Dining staff was excellent, food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff moto is “Service with Love”, and it shows. The staff loves working there, and I can see why. Beautiful hotel. Excellent facilities. A total delight.

We absolutely LOVED our time at the Langham in Boston. The property was gorgeous, staff was super friendly and attentive, and we’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you for making the birthday celebration and our engagement incredible!!!!

My stay at The Langham was nothing short of amazing! The customer service and my room were perfect. They aim to please and they deserve every bit of the five star title they have as a hotel! I would recommend this place to anyone. They really outdid themselves! Thank you Langham staff!
