A True Gem!
We have visited Boston several times and this is the first time we stayed at The Langham, Boston. The property is immaculate and the rooms are exquisite. We loved the in-room coffee bar/chiller and the bedding was some of the most comfortable we have experienced. This was a very fitting respite on our way back from our holiday in the Azores before flying home to FL.

I would definitely come back!!
The staff were so friendly, helpful, responsive and overall amazing. The club level was stocked well with snacks, food, and drinks. The service there was very attentive and friendly. The pool is small but well kept, large hot tub. Overall, definitely would stay again!

Beautiful 5-Star Property
Stayed recently at The Langham Boston for the first time (we've been BHH people); the place is awesome - the staff is super-attentive, and the property is GORGEOUS. We had a very rainy weekend,, so we couldn't take advantage of the location as much as we might have, but it's right in the center for everything convenient! Will definitely stay here again!

The Langham Boston - best of the best
My husband and I stayed at The Langham for three nights after a cruise. Since our check-in was early we didn't expect to get a room until later in the day. At check-in we were offered a room that was ready but had a less desirable view than the room we reserved - a courtyard view instead of a City view. We accepted the offer (there was no additional charge) and were delighted to be able to settle in right away. We received emails from The Langham prior to our arrival asking us if there was anything we needed or they could do for us. Our room was beautiful - comfortable King bed, small table and two chairs, gorgeous marble bathroom, great lighting. Everything was top-notch and we felt so spoiled. A great deal of the spoiling came from their concierge David. He always greeted us by name with a smile and offer to help with anything we needed - reservations, recommendations, booked a car and driver for us for a 4 hour trip to the countryside. Check-in and check-out was perfect. Calling Uber for quick trips to a restaurant or museum was easy and quick. We ate at the the hotels' restaurants - Grana for breakfast and lunch, and The Fed for dinner or pre-dinner drinks. Both food and service were excellent. For us this trip to Boston may be a "one and done" trip since we are older and can't travel very often, but we rate The Langham and our stay as one of the best places ever!
