Attention to detail once you arrive to this hotel From the color theme with pink accent pieces everywhere. Service is great. Everyone is very courteous and patient even if we, the guests, are not.tooms were very small to me. Food is very pricey here, good but im sure you can find Boston dishes anywhere else that would be great.

Loved everything except that fact we were charged $8 at The Fed for each Diet Coke refills We ordered 2-Diet Cokes and with the refills the bill came to $40. Ridiculous for small fountain sodas.

The Hotel is wonderful in general. We stayed in 2 different Langhams across New York and Boston and in both cases I experience very firm - too firm for me - matrasses which didn‘t give me a relaxing night and little alternatives could be provided unfortunately.
