I had a wonderful stay. The room was wonderfully comfortable, fantastic staff, every interaction felt genuinely friendly and professional. The turn down service stood out as well, with thoughtful touches that added to the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Loved our stay at the Langham. Staff was attentive, the gym/pool area was exactly what I could have wanted and the food at Grana and The Fed was outstanding. The cocktails at The Fed were especially amazing. We would recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we are in Boston!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant – from the service to the quality of the staff and food, everything was of a very high standard.I would still rate the hotel more than five stars, as it was one of the best business travel experiences I have had so far. I travel frequently, particularly to London, but this was my first stay here and it stood out positively.
