Everything, from the moment the doorman helped with my luggage to the über luxurious shower (Dyptique products) to such a gorgeous, quiet night of sleep that I never needed my earplugs!

Nice location in the financial district. Beautiful hotel if you're willing to splurge! Room is nicely appointed although I was on a business trip and my room had a round table vs. a desk.

FABULOUS all around
The Langham Boston is fabulous - book now - starting with the friendly welcoming helpful valet. The amenities in the room are top-notch and rarely found - electric tea kettle, Nespresso machine, Rowenta steamer, jewelry tray for the nightstand. Only complaint is lack of lighting in the room. Only one small canned light over the desk and no desk lamp. I travel with my own USB lamp to make it easier to work. No light over the coffee station - had to use my phone flashlight. Room is large and comfortable. Love The Langham!

Beautiful hotel - loved it!
Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and bathrooms. It is in avquiet part of the downtown. Really liked the Pub in the hotel. Few points of improvement : water in cans can be replaced by bottles. Breakfast at Grafana should have a buffet option since a la carte orders take half an hour to reach table. A steam room can be inteoduced and there should be an attendant ti help guests with towels etc.But all said, I loved the hotel and hope to come back again!
