The Langham, Boston

My husband and I stayed at The Langham for three nights after a cruise. Since our check-in was early we didn't expect to get a room until later in the day. At check-in we were offered a room that was ready but had a less desirable view than the room we reserved - a courtyard view instead of a City view. We accepted the offer (there was no additional charge) and were delighted to be able to settle in right away. We received emails from The Langham prior to our arrival asking us if there was anything we needed or they could do for us. Our room was beautiful - comfortable King bed, small table and two chairs, gorgeous marble bathroom, great lighting. Everything was top-notch and we felt so spoiled. A great deal of the spoiling came from their concierge David. He always greeted us by name with a smile and offer to help with anything we needed - reservations, recommendations, booked a car and driver for us for a 4 hour trip to the countryside. Check-in and check-out was perfect. Calling Uber for quick trips to a restaurant or museum was easy and quick. We ate at the the hotels' restaurants - Grana for breakfast and lunch, and The Fed for dinner or pre-dinner drinks. Both food and service were excellent. For us this trip to Boston may be a "one and done" trip since we are older and can't travel very often, but we rate The Langham and our stay as one of the best places ever!

We had such a wonderful family weekend at the Langham! We loved the Club Lounge, we loved our room and we loved the staff! The concierge was terrific and the Club staff so welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!

Easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The aesthetics throughout the hotel were impeccable. The scent they piped through the air conditioning was subtle, yet amazing. Impressive fresh floral arrangements were an added treat for the senses. I will find a way to get myself back to Boston, just to stay at this property!

What an amazing stay! This place exudes luxury. We had a late night but pleasant checkin. We were here for a business event but elected to upgrade our room which included club/lounge access which was worthwhile. Nelson, Micheal and (and a woman that I didnt get her name) Zeus (omelette cook) in the lounge were all fantastic. The lounge is quiet oasis and the food selection is diverse and sure to please different culinary tastes. We also went down to the Fed and had some amazing drinks and Lehandra our bartender was an excellent bartender and mixologist! As we were there for a conference we didnt eat at their wonderful restaurants so we can't write about that experience. Our room was a quiet, ample and luxurious room: the amenities were luxurious and the bed was so comfortable that we slept so well every night. We had a small hiccup but John Fagone Director of the Front Office was a rock star and ensured he did everything to make up for it and he succeeded. This is what customer service is all about. We had such a wonderful stay and although we usually stay with Marriott we had such a wonderful stay we look forward to staying at either this hotel or another Langham hotel soon! Wonderful luxurious experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, classy, and exceptionally clean, with so much attention to detail throughout the property. Everything felt elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was also delicious—beautifully prepared and one of the highlights of our stay. From the atmosphere to the service, cleanliness, and dining, everything exceeded our expectations. This is the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back. A truly memorable experience and easily a five-star stay. Highly recommend!
