The Langham, Boston

We stayed in the Langham Boston for 9 glorious nights in June during the World Cup... Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. We absolutely must mention the exceptional staff in the Club Lounge... Michael the manager and the whole team without exception made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and more than that .... Each and every one made us feel comfortable and at home in their wonderful lounge!... The effort to ensure I had sufficient gluten free options was truly above and beyond... The food throughout our stay was delicious!! The housekeeping staff maintained our room every day to such a high standard... These ladies completed their routine always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is ideally situated in a beautiful area of wonderful Boston...a short walk in various directions takes you to all the major areas. Boston really is an easy city to navigate and I must say that we always felt safe on our travels around town and out to surrounding lovely towns via rail and ferry. {Lounge staff were also great travel agents for the city and surrounding area advising where to visit and how to get there}.. The rooms, facilities, restaurant, bar, pool area etc are all top notch... There are no negatives associated with The Langham. Above all our special thanks must go to the staff in the Club Lounge .. So to you Michael and your wonderful team, Gordon and I cannot thank you all enough! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! My husband and I are new to staying at Langham hotels. We began with a superb stay at the Langham Fifth Avenue in New York City and had such a good time that we decided to visit the Langham in Boston as part of my milestone birthday celebration. SO happy we did this! From even *before* we arrived, we experienced a level of welcome and guest care that was fantastic. We had opted for Club Level room, which includes many food and drink related perks, so concern for how they would accommodate my husband's severe food allergy was foremost in my mind. There was NO need to worry! We heard from the Manager of the Langham Club, Michael Crenshaw, before our arrival. He also met with us at check-in to reassure us and to give us plenty of information about how food allergy accommodation could be handled by the Langham. Every other aspect of our stay was perfect, all thanks to the members of the Langham Boston team with whom we interacted. George made our check-in easy, pleasant, and a truly welcoming experience. In the Langham Club, Blair, Maria, and Vanessa all took great care of us. Also in the Langham Club at breakfast I enjoyed one of the BEST omelets I ever had, thanks to Zeus. He's a gem! On a very selfish note, I was thrilled to find a box of chocolate-dipped strawberries waiting for me, along with birthday greetings. Our room was well-appointed and the bed was delectably comfortable. I am not a great sleeper but I enjoyed perfect sleep here. Will we return? I can't wait! And I don't want to wait for another milestone birthday to do it.

It was my first time in Boston and I COULD NOT recommend The Langham more! An absolutely amazing service from all the staff, the room was perfect and my view of the city was phenomenal. The location of the hotel was also perfect anyone wanting to take the T up or downtown, about 5 minutes from an station. I will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at The Langham in Boston. Outstanding service from the concierge and front desk to the dining and housekeeping staff. They are so welcoming and helpful, the hotel is immaculate, suites are grand, with all the right touches for a 50 year anniversary celebration. We recommend it highly!

Langham needs to revise this issues, you can not close the bar at 10.30, and there is not a room services 24 hours, this is not service sorry at Langham.
