My husband and I stayed at The Lenox Hotel in late April 2024. We booked the Executive Fireplace Room. It was spacious and included a sofa, chair, living room table, and desk facing the window with a nice view of The Pru, Boyleston Street, and Back Bay. The wood burning fireplace was amazing. The bathroom was large and there was a decent size clothes closet that enclosed a safe and mini-refrigerator. There were plenty of plugs in the room to charge devices. The amenities included a large glass carafe that could be filled using the water dispenser in the hallway on each floor. The room decor was cozy and done in a classic New England style; however, maintenance was needed to recaulk the entire bathroom and paint touch up throughout the hotel room. The hallways and interior hotel staircase were stylish. The lobby was very nicely decorated with plenty of seating, working fireplace, and a small gift shop along the side wall. We ate a great breakfast every morning at City Cafe and the host/waitstaff were very accommodating. The front desk staff and bellmen on the hotel entrance stairs were professional, friendly, and always available for immediate assistance. Housekeeping did a wonderful job with daily room servicing. Maintenance staff were efficient in replacing a lightbulb in our bathroom and coming in to lite the fireplace upon our request. The hotel is central and in walking distance to many sites in the city. Some restaurant recommendations nearby include Lolita for Mexican as well as the Italian restaurants Porto (in The Pru) and Piattini. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and are happy we selected it for our trip!

Another wonderful stay at The Lenox Hotel. Great location with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Room was very clean and nice. Room style fits the old building. But some furniture and door frames could need a renovation. Parking is expensive, but that’s Boston.

My sister and I stayed for 4 nights in April. We were blown away by the service. Every person we encountered without exception, went out of their way for us. Nick the concierge, the fab reception team who had us laughing out loud and were just brilliant. Location is wonderful, right next to the subway station and very central but a lovely neighbourhood, Back Bay. Spacious rooms, lovely bedding, huge tvs and even Lindt chocs on the beds for us. Lindt shop next door is fab - go and see the lovely Nancy! We would love to return.

We reserved a block of rooms for a weekend family get-together and celebration. Everything was first-class. The accommodations were great and a great value. The service was exceptional. We were offered a private side room at City Table for Sunday brunch, which was the perfect way to complete the weekend. We have stayed at the hotel numerous times when visiting Boston, and have been impressed with the consistent quality of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.
