This hotel is the best ever. First the location. This hotel is located in the best possible place right in the middle of the back bay. What makes this location the best is that it’s 132 steps from the finish of the Boston Marathon. So if you are planning on heading to the race then this hotel is as close to the action as you can. What makes this hotel the best is its staff. I have never been to a hotel where they make each guest feel so special and have world class service. During the marathon this hotel just goes above and beyond for their athletes and families staying there. You will never go to another hotel once you have been to the Lenox and it’s because of all the amazing people that work there. The food at the new restaurant Willow and Ivy is amazing. Food comes out super hot and its quality is superb. The price of the meals is going rate and not too crazy priced which is nice. What I loved most is that the menu was not too fancy but just food classic foods like a burger, steaks, chicken and fish. We wanted to venture off to the city to capture the food scene in Boston but loved our experience at their restaurant so much we stayed there for breakfasts and dinners. Get the chicken dinner it’s amazing. Room were super spacious and clean. We had a view of Boylston which was awesome. Beds were super comfortable and nice. Overall the Lenox was a top notch hotel with the world class service hotels today miss. Thank you Lenox staff for making the marathon weekend such an amazing time

Amazing hotel and staff. Rooms were on the larger side. Two great dining options on-site. One is a dark and moody bar w talented and friendly mixologists (I usually hate that term but these guys were more like bartenders w real talent vs the type of place / ppl who push snooty drinks). The other is a straight up Irish bar. Only ding is that the bathroom in our room was quite dated to the extent that I didn’t even want to shower there and since it was just an overnight stay, I didn’t. Great location steps from Copley T station.

The Lenox is the Grand Dam of Boston hotels! Quintessential New England. The staff is so well trained. Flawless hospitality. The location is superb. Nearby everything Boston has to offer! Even the airport! It’s so comforting to come back in to the hotel and the staff welcome you back in by name….even the bellmen! The rooms are comfortable.the linens are swell. They even have a fireplace in a few rooms that the crew will light for you! How delicious is that? Well done Lenox!

The Lenox has a great location - 1/2 mile to Cheers bar and Boston Commons, and there are several great restaurants (Saltie Girl is especially good) within a very short walking distance. Visiting the Boston Library (just round the corner) is highly recommended too. It's a fabulous building. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and efficient. There were lots of extras - chocolates in the room, breakfast at Sweeney's (delicious), drinks & snacks in Irving's Bar (great service), lovely ambience in the foyer with a fireplace. There are hot drinks provided in the Foyer but not in the rooms.

Done 3 nights in Lenox and would happily recommend. Great location, clean spacious room and staff on reception always happy to help and offer recommendations. Didn't use the bars in hotel as ate out but they looked good. Hotel a 5/10 min stroll to Boston common and downtown. Got a fireplace room and didn't use fire as we were out and about and you need to stay in room to use. Been to a few hotels in NYC and this would easily come out on top
