The Liberty Hotel

My husband and I were in town for a family occasion in the middle of the World Cup and the service was impeccable! Mirko made sure our every need was met or exceeded and the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. Justin remains our favorite bar tender.

Had the best time at the Liberty! It was during the World Cup and there was a great atmosphere. My 14 year old son loved the fact that the place was an old prison. Special details in the room like the safe box and the keys hanging in the “Solitary” (no disturb sign) were great. Mirko, the Chief Concierge gave us great recommendations for the Freedom Trail and not to be missed sights in Boston. It was extra special in the 250 anniversary of the US independence. Thank you Mirko and all the Liberty team for a fantastic stay!

We recently stayed at The Liberty in Boston and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is one of the most unique properties in the city, with so much character, history, and energy. It does not feel like a standard hotel at all. The building is beautiful, the lobby has a great atmosphere, and the location makes it incredibly easy to enjoy Boston. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel has a fun mix of elegance and personality. Whether you are there for a weekend trip, a special occasion, or just want a hotel that feels different from the usual business hotel, The Liberty really delivers. What made the stay especially memorable, though, was Mirko at the concierge desk. He was truly exceptional. I travel quite a bit, and it is rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely warm, thoughtful, and invested in making sure guests have the best possible experience. Mirko went above and beyond with recommendations, help, and follow through. He has that rare ability to make you feel like you are the most important guest in the hotel, even when he is clearly busy helping many people. A great concierge can completely change the feel of a trip, and Mirko did exactly that. His suggestions were excellent, his attitude was always positive, and he represented the hotel perfectly. In my opinion, he is the best concierge and a huge reason we would recommend The Liberty and return again. Overall, The Liberty is a fantastic Boston hotel with a great vibe, wonderful service, and a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. Thank you to Mirko and the entire staff for making our stay such a great one.

Had an absolutely delightful experience at Liberty Hotel in Boston! We had a group of 6 ladies coming in for a bookclub trip. Mirko, the head concierge was so wonderful in making sure we were all on the same floor, gave me a delightful upgrade with my Marriott ambassador status and sent us a beautiful cheeseboard and prosecco to share! I travel over 300 nights a year and the service he provided was next level! Also, huge shout out to the lovely restaurant and servers, John took care of me most days and by day two he had my heavily modified order memorized and took all my dietary restrictions with a smile. The location is great and the rooms are also good sized. I would warn that the units with the connecting doors can be quite loud, so if you aren’t traveling with friends, definitely request one without! Thanks again to Liberty and the wonderful team there! I hope to be back very soon!

Theeeee Liberty is such an epic experience! The Consierge Team is absolutely PERFECTION! Mirko has taken care of us countless times and has gone above and beyond his call of duty.
