Stay Awhile
Mandarin Oriental is centrally located in a hotspot of Back Bay. It is nearby many great bars, restaurants, transportation, scenic views. Atmosphere is light, warm, and spacious inside the hotel lobby. Rooms were carpeted well, walls were fixed to perfection and having a big shower, bath, and vanity was much needed. The value of the hotel exceeds expectations on many levels. Thankfully, outdoor noise levels are kept to a minimum. The halls are carpeted so sound doesn't echo or vibrate off walls. Service of the concierge, front desk team are as polite as can be. Make sure you thank them too using their name. Much appreciation goes a very far distance. Make sure to check out all amenities offered from top to bottom and you will be assured you will not be disappointed.

Excellent Small Hotel
Excellent in every regard. This is a wonderful small hotel where staff is warm, hospitable and always ready to meet our needs. Rooms are comfortable and lovely, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the value is good but most importantly, the service is exceptional.

Mandarin Oriental Boston creating great memories!
Our stay was truly remarkable. When we checked in, the front desk said "we have great news, we were able to upgrade you". Opening the doors to our room was like something out of a movie! Honestly, I can't stop thinking about how amazing the stay was. We felt like royalty! We originally booked for the spa and that did not disappoint. The entire treatment was fantastic. From the ammenties at the beginning, to the actual massages, everything was perfect. The entire staff at the hotel was so friendly, including the employees at the spa, front desk, room service, and the ones working the doors and valet outside. We are already planning our next escape to the Mandarin!

Stay at MO Boston
Visited for wife bday, hotel was excellent. Our room was located on the 8th floor, very spacious, overlooking the garden. Service at the front office was great, all team members were accommodating. Paul at the concierge helped us with all information and areas we could travel to very useful information. Dinner at Gordon Ramsay restaurant was delicious, it is must try when visiting the hotel.
