We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The spa was amazing, and the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything exceeded our expectations—it was the best birthday experience ever! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

Great luxury hotel in the heart of Back Bay Boston. My room was very large with a walk in closet, huge bathroom and a sitting area. The view was out over Boylston Street and I could see the Charles River.

We have stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Boston many many times, and it always exceeds every expectation. The accommodations are elegant, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the people! Every member of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to management, they consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. They genuinely make you feel like a valued guest. If you’re traveling with a pet(s) as we always do, you won’t find a more welcoming luxury hotel—they are truly one of the most pet-friendly places we’ve ever stayed. Our dogs LOVE going and are just as spoiled here as we are. The Mandarin Oriental Boston is our home away from home, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Beautiful place, location great, friendly staff and if you are doing something special for someone, as I was for my wife and I for 43rd Anniversary, Paul at the concierge desk was Amazing and went beyond my expectations.

My husband and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston from July 17–20 and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and the rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Special recognition goes to our concierge, Puika, who went above and beyond in every way. She arranged private drivers and curated tours that took us throughout Boston, Salem, and Martha’s Vineyard, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully handled. As it was my birthday during our stay, the hotel surprised us with special desserts delivered to our room along with a hat—gestures that made the celebration truly memorable. The entire front desk team was consistently warm, attentive, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city, including a visit to Fenway Park for a ballgame, seeing the Mayflower, and immersing ourselves in Boston’s rich history. We would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental, Boston to anyone seeking refined service, beautiful accommodations, and a memorable stay in the city.
