It was such a personalized experience. In addition, Anastasiia was wonderful, she was professional and knowledgeable, thank you for taking the time to share some great recommendation which thanks to this I was able to visit my father on the other side of town. The staff was friendly from the front desk, the restaurant, the Spa, the Stewart and the housekeeping team. Shakira at the spa was personable, friendly, and professional. Such an amazing property. Thank you for making stay in Boston special!

We love Mandarin Oriental. Ever since our first Mandarin stay, it‘s become my wife and I’s goal to visit every one we can. I can say with confidence that this was the worst of any Mandarin we stayed in. It felt very understaffed while we were there. Breakfast was not good, having messed up our orders in two of our three mornings, and even implied it was our fault for ordering incorrectly. We had to ask for turn down service after they forgot. The bar and lounge was unavailable the whole time, making our credits we get for dining moot. The room was nice, however, and the concierge was very kind and helpful. I shouldn’t say that the staff itself was poor; everyone we interacted with outside of the restaurant was excellent. But the restaurant was subpar, staff too sparse, and amenities too few.

Excellent service started with the valet staff. Check in was fast and professional. Bell staff was prompt and friendly. Ramsey’s Kitchen was spectacular.
