Wonderful experience. On arrival, staff were welcoming and efficient. We felt extremely well taken care of. Room was spacious and elegant. Housekeeping kindly bundled my charging cables and left me a fresh lens cleaner next to my reading glasses. The hotel is attached to the walk/mall which is nice and also located very well in the city. Highly satisfied and will make this my go-to hotel in Boston going forward.
