Absolutely terrific 10/10
I am not normally one to write reviews, but the Street Bar consistently knocks it out of the park in a way that’s hard to quantify. I am literally making my first TripAdvisor account to leave this review - it’s that good. Shasha is particularly terrific, and will make you feel at home and welcomed. She and the whole team at the street bar are exceedingly professional and thoughtful, and are true masters of their craft.

Another incredible stay at the Newbury
Muhammad and Chad welcomed us so warmly and, as always, were incredibly helpful and genuinely wonderful. Mabel and Juan at breakfast at Contessa were exceptional, and Christopher, the assistant manager, was outstanding. Marco is truly a cut above — remarkable service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a true professional. What an extraordinary team at The Newbury Boston. Thank you once again for another outstanding stay.

Wonderful Service!
We stayed for 2 nights at Newbury Hotel and were very happy at the level of service provided. One notable staff member, Isa, was a member of the desk and helped get through our Check in. He was wonderful and communicated very well with us and we felt like we were at home! Cheers to future visits to this hotel in Boston! Thank you Isa!!!

Elevated experience. Best customer service
This hotel provides a truly elevated experience. The entire staff are warm and authentic. Mohan, Andrew and Edgar went above and beyond. Would 100% recommend for business or personal stays.
