The Newbury is Best of Boston
I've stayed at The Newbury twice in the last month and have to say it is one of the top hotels I've ever stayed at in terms of attention to detail and making you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. We used to stay at a different five-star hotel in Boston. Not anymore. Thanks to the team, but especially Andrew at the front desk for making both stays memorable and special.

Staycation with the family.
We were at the newberry on a staycation. Andrew at the front desk was absolutely incredible helping us. We had some room confusion with booking and rather than making it our fault (which it was), he helped us solve the problem and went out of his way to be helpful. The rooms are fantastic and all the staff is very attentive. Will he going back soon!

The Newbury Hotel Boston is our most treasured and memorable “home away from home” favourite Hotel and an absolute must for our twice yearly trips from London to Boston. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The luxury of the Newbury wraps its arms around us from the moment of our arrival until our extremely reticent departure each and every trip. The Newbury encompasses everything we dream of in a luxury hotel, from the moment of check in with the warmest of welcomes from their extraordinary staff, to the most superb food in Boston, elegant decor and first class suites offering stunning Park views. We never want to leave there but knowing it will not be long before we return once more makes each departure more of “we can’t wait to be back” promise
