The Newbury, Boston

We stayed at the Newbury Hotel for four days. We drove all the way from Minnesota. The front desk staff got us in early and gave us an outstanding corner fireplace suite. The suite was nice and spacious. The bed was so comfy. The living space was vey comfortable and made you feel like home. The shower was great and made you feel so relaxed. We loved how they provided turndown service at night. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The valet, bellmen, cleaning service, and room service were all upper class. This hotel is all about the finest hospitality. The rooftop was excellent and served great food drinks. Loved the views of the city. The waitstaff and hostesses were very nice and pleasant. The manager was super helpful and very kind. The street bar was also excellent and had great drinks and wonderful service. I loved how one of the servers remembered us from two days earlier and remembered what we ordered from two nights earlier. This just goes to show the top of the line service that the Newbury provides. The Library had great food and drinks that were complementary, especially the pastries and coffee in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. When we come back we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Newbury hotel, we were truly impressed. You really are one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely be back again!

Having traveled all over the country and world, I always find myself back at the Street Bar in The Newbury. Tyler and Guesn are by far the best could not be better they provide the best experience - neighborhood pub service and feel.

We had a wonderful experience here! Extremely clean, wonderful location and very friendly service. I would like to give a special shout out to Conch at the downstairs restaurant. She was super friendly and took the time to get to know my husband and I. She was extremely personable. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We absolutely love The Street Bar: whether it’s to meet a friend, college, family night, date night or solo. Always a great experience. One of my favorite spots that I always go to when I’m in town. Everyone is extremely professional. The food and drinks are outstanding. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is just perfect. I love all the staff but one of my favorites is Rico. He always takes such great care of us and treats us like family. He is there with what you need before you even ask or think of it!
