Street Bar - great service!
First stay at Newbury and had dinner at Street Bar on the lobby level. Delicious food with even better service! Larysa was very professional, helpful, and kind. I had an incredible experience, mainly due to her quality of service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

KC is excellent! The best bartender in Boston that we’ve experienced. He’s very conversational, made us feel comfortable, and his cocktails are delicious!

Wonderful stay in Boston
First-rate hotel in an ideal location. Spacious rooms and a very professional staff. Across the street from Boston Commons, you can stroll in the park or up Newbury Street (Boston's version of New York's Madison Ave).

Beautiful with courteous staff and ada friendly.
The Newbury was absolutely lovely- beautiful classic building in a gorgeous location on the Boston Gardens. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the rooms are nice. Towels soft, beds soft, robes provided, etc. as should be in a good hotel. Full sized ironing board, steamer, etc. Everything was very nice. I had a hiccup with my reservation because I made two and thought I canceled one and the person at the front desk handled it beautifully for me. I am also a wheelchair user and found the ADA room worked for me. A little tight, but that's common. The bathroom was plenty big enough.
