We had an outstanding time. I matched service, and unpretentious luxury. Ben in front services made our trip special. At every turn he anticipated our needs. He remembered everything….and then some. I would come back just to see him. Service like no other. He’s practically the ambassador for the brand and service as a whole.

Fantastic stay at the Newbury!
Had a fantastic stay in Boston at the Newbury. My wife's first visit and Mario was kind enough to put us in a beautiful garden facing room. All the staff was wonderful but shout out to Mario for extra care during check in. Loved the guest lounge, the bar and the gym (though the gym could add a few machines with the room they have). Everything was first class. Highly recommend.
