Just finished a fantastic July 4th trip; the property and everyone were top notch and a special shout out to Tyler in the Street Bar for great service!

This is how Hospitality is done!
I stayed for The Fourth of July. Upon arrival I was greeted by Andrew at check in. I arrived early in the morning to explore the city. I asked if I could check a couple bags. Andrew said they had a room available which was most welcome. Andrew was a great help throughout my stay. My room was a City View King overlooking Newbury Street. The room was beautiful with a luxurious bath and amenities. I had written a note to housekeeper as to how immaculate the room was. I received a very nice reply note from Coney. Breakfast at Contessa was a nice way to end the stay. The views of the city from the 17th floor are spectacular as is the room itself. My server Mabel was a personable and gracious host. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and Panettone French Toast were delicious. All staff interaction was positive and location in city is hard to beat.

Conch is a Gem!
From the moment we sat down until we left, our waitress Conch made the entire experience exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, genuinely welcoming, and knew the menu inside and out. Her recommendations were spot on, and she was attentive without ever being intrusive. Our drinks stayed full, she anticipated what we needed before we had to ask, and she made us feel like valued guests instead of just another table. Great service can completely elevate a meal, and Conch did exactly that. If every restaurant had someone like her, dining out would always be a pleasure. Thank you for making our lunch such an enjoyable experience—we'll definitely be back!

Been here all week and the service has been wonderful. Today Conch took care of us and she was so filled with positive energy and brilliant service. Can’t wait to come back in a month and spend time with our new Street Bar friends. Thomas was also a special host - amazing service from a local Bostonian.
