We had such a great experience at the Bar! Tyler, KC, and Ramon were so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Food and drinks were delicious. We will be back!

Excellent location and service. Front desk, bell boys and housekeeping were especially helpful. Special mention for housekeeper SuFang Fang for taking care of the room and attention to detail in upkeep and cleaning of the room. More than its excellent location, it’s the attitude and service of the staff that makes the hotel exceptional.

After touring the Elephant Migration art installation on the Commonwealth Ave Mall we saw The Newbury Hotel and decided to check it out. We discovered a gem of a uniquely decorated and very comfortable lounge where food and drink was available. Drinks were ordered, restrooms visited and when served we discovered a real gem...our server Conch. Conch was efficient and cared for our comfort and those of her other customers. As Conch took care of us we struck up a conversation with her which was informative (hotel info, restaurant recommendations, things to see in the area) and generally delightful. While Conch was very attentive to us she also took care of her other customers. Conch is a pro at her job making sure her customers are well served and comfortable all while being very pleasant and friendly. The lounge itself was very comfortable and there were lots of unique and interesting decor to check out. The drinks were perfectly made and delicious. The restrooms were very clean. We were very happy to discover this gem and will return on future visits to Boston. Thanks Conch for elevating our experience at The Newbury. Carol, Jay & Ryan
