Amazing service from Ashli and Tyler!
Ashli and Tyler were the best servers for our party at the bar! They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed all night. They handled our group so seamlessly and made the whole experience feel fun and effortless. Truly went above and beyond — we had such a great time and would absolutely come back because of them!

This place is a gem
My partner and I have been visiting The Newbury Hotel and Street Bar for a couple of years, and it’s become one of our favorite places for cocktails and dinner when we feel like treating ourselves. The property is gorgeous, but the people are what keep us coming back. We’ve gotten to know Balina, KC, Tyler, and Ramon over the years, and they’re always so warm, welcoming, and accommodating whenever we stop by the bar. The management team has also consistently treated us well. There’s something special about having a local spot where we feel so welcome. We’re always happy to return.

Avoid - dishonest staff, stolen packages, fraudulent charges!
Avoid at all costs! Our friends booked 40-50 rooms here this past weekend. The hotel is pretty from the outside but please do not be deceived. A few of our rooms were fraudulently charged smoking fees (we received warnings and mentioned to staff that we do not smoke and still got these fees.) another guest on Google confirmed this scam the hotel is pulling and apparently this is a common scam amongst hotels that use these sensors, which can be set off by hairspray or any hair tool. The staff also stole my package, which they mentioned they’d bring up to my room and then they “could not find it.” I have gotten better service at 2 star airport hotel. You should feel safe at hotels and this hotel lacks all aspects of safety from the dishonest staff to the fraudulent charges. I am taking up matters with my bank now. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and let them ruin your vacation!!!!!

Nice place to grab a bite near the public garden
Excellent location with nice atmosphere and view of the park. Conch was an excellent server very friendly. Everything we tried was delicious.
