Very nice stay!
My first time staying at an Omni and I loved it! The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The rooms are small so probably not the best for more than 2 people or for longer stays. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, especially with our pup. We did have a billing issue because we booked 2 rooms with different stay lengths but everything was promptly and satisfactorily handled. The lobby bar makes a killer old fashioned. 🙃 Heads up that there a bunch of unexpected taxes on the final bill, it seems that’s just how MA does.

Omni staff was very friendly & accommodating. Concierge advisors, Dion & Debra, we’re both helpful in restaurant recommendations and with trying to secure hotel discounts to tours and attractions.

Amazing Staff that goes above and beyond!
Ricky S was so amazing when I fell in a pothole and sprained my ankle while walking back from dinner. He was so sweet and attentive and made sure we made it back to our room safe and just a little injured 😂 Beautiful facility, rooms are spacious, centrally located and easy to navigate the entire city from this spot. The real winner is the amazing staff! Thank you so much Ricky! You made a crappy night a little better 🫶 10/10 will be staying here again!
