The overall experience was amazing. The staff from the moment you pull up, to the front desk, to the baggage in the room to the housekeeping at all top notch. We have stayed at the Omni many times in different areas and all the experiences are always amazing.

This was our second stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, and once again we had a great experience. It's a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, and we'll definitely consider staying here again. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight of our stay was the downstairs bar. The bartender was incredibly friendly, and my husband was thrilled to find they carried a rare bourbon he enjoys. It made for a great evening and was a nice surprise as you don't find many places that carry this! The only downside was the rooftop pool reservation system. If you plan on using the pool, be sure to make a reservation as soon as possible, or you may not get a chair. Reservations are limited to 2½ hours, and you're only allowed one reservation per day. At your scheduled reservation time, you're admitted to the pool and given a chair. However, once your 2½ hours are up, staff comes around and asks everyone in your reservation group to vacate their chairs so the next group of guests can be seated. You're welcome to continue using the pool, but you cannot have another chair until 30 minutes have passed, allowing all of the new reservation holders time to arrive and get settled. While I understand they're trying to manage capacity, the process feels a bit awkward and takes away from the relaxing pool experience. A simple first-come, first-served system would feel much more natural and enjoyable. That said, one person truly stood out and deserves special recognition: Ciera, who worked at the rooftop pool. She went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenges of the reservation system. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, treating every guest with kindness and patience. The Omni is very fortunate to have an employee like Ciera on its team—she made a lasting impression and was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with wonderful service, and we look forward to returning. The only thing we'd love to see improved is the rooftop pool reservation process.

I stayed one night at the Omni Boston Seaport prior to my cruise departure. This hotel went over & above customer service. Elizabeth the front desk manager and her team assisted me in getting around the hotel because Scootaround failed to deliver my scooter until the next day. I dined @ Coquette the atmosphere of sophistication and the food do not disappoint. I had a light dinner of the tuna carpaccio and the duck confit which were both outstanding. When I return to Boston this fall I will definitely be staying here. This is a top notch and world class hotel without standing service in all areas.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. It has truly become my favorite hotel in the Boston area, and every visit reminds me why. I recently stayed here for such a special occasion — my Boston swearing-in — and it was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. I have loved coming to the Omni when I have a few days to relax and recharge, especially to enjoy the beautiful spa and rooftop pool. It has become my little escape in the city, and this visit was extra special because I finally got to share my favorite hotel with my boyfriend. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone is consistently friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful, but I especially want to recognize Kate Casey for always going above and beyond. Her kindness and attention to detail make every stay feel personal and memorable. The Omni Seaport has the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Whether you’re visiting for a special occasion, a relaxing getaway, or simply want to enjoy everything Boston has to offer, this is the place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in September!
