Great Valet Service
Ziggy in valet was very polite and helpful.He was kind and respectful. My truck was in jeopardy and he did what was needed to assure my vehicle wasn’t towed .. l would definitely come back again.

Omni Boston Seaport
The valet at the Omni Boston Seaport was stellar! Ziggy helped with our bags when we arrived and 2 days later remembered us and our vehicle as we were leaving, he was very friendly and professional. Our room however was not impressive. The outlet in our bathroom did not work. We explicitly booked here for the rooftop hot tub but was very disappointed that there was no locker room or anywhere to change out of wet clothes after using it. It was not worth the price and will not stay again.

Ziggy greeted us with a big smile and friendly greeting. He was professional and you could tell he cares about guests. Omni is lucky to have him!

Great weekend away
Everything was great! Ziggy was incredibly warm and helpful! Room service was timely and tasty. The rooftop pool was fun! Great stay!

Loved this PLACE
We loved the entire experience. The room was incredible, fabulous places to eat and the perfect location in Boston. Even if I wanted to stay somewhere else, my wife would never allow it. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in town.
