Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

We visited the Sporting Club bar several nights and only have wonderful things to say about your bar tenders. Chris, Will, and others working were phenomenal and the drinks were on point. Buffalo nachos - amazing! Don’t get rid of this crew - they made our experience so much fun and enjoyable! Thanks guys! We will be back to see you!

We booked for last Saturday knowing there was a comicon across the street, but the hotel was overly crowded. Valet was a nightmare and took entirely too long. I will say the food at Lifted was fantastic as was the customer service/treatment from every employee I came into contact with. The beds were comfy and rooms clean. I was disappointed we paid for early check in and a room with a pool view only to be turned away. The next open reservation was hours away so unfortunately did not get to use the pool but had a view of it, there were 32 people in there and 17 in the hot tub. Too crowded for our liking anyway. The real upset was the advertised 24/7 room service. When the wrong order was sent I called down and waited a half hour before going down to the lobby. I was told the kitchen was closed and sorry we will take this off your room bill. This was not taken off which led to a lengthy checkout where I had to relive the whole thing with the next desk clerk. Too crowded and highly disorganized, I would not stay again.

The Fan Expo was actively happening across the street. Fun costumes were everywhere. Omni was extremely accommodating to everyone. Omni helped make the experience smooth. They have lots of restaurants. They are very organized. They smile. Without question, Omni enhanced Fan Expo Boston 2026. We stayed on the 21st floor. The view of Boston Harbor was spectacular.

The hotel is nice but the “studio” king rooms are insanely small. Like claustrophobic small. Do not recommend
