Stay here, you won’t regret it!
What an amazing experience, from check in to check outl! When we arrived, we were greeted by Jackson, who quickly got our bags loaded on the cart and inside the hotel. Alexis P. took care of us at check in. Her smile was warm and genuine, and she even gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room. Thank you Alexis, for your unexpected kindness! The room is aMAzing! Aziz was friendly and took care of getting our bags up to our room with such care. The location is right in the Seaport, and is within walking distance to many sights and places to eat. Of the many places to stay that we had to choose from, the Omni was the best value for price, location, and amenities. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful property with its outstanding and caring staff. Thank you all for making just one night so special.

Wonderful Experience & Superb Staff!
What an AMAZING stay- even with it being just a night for an event! We were greeted by the loveliest front desk staff- Alexis P. was absolutely wonderful! She got us checked in quickly, and generously provided us complimentary upgrades to make our stay even more memorable! Thank you to Alexis and all the Omni staff- we most certainly will be back and don’t want to stay anywhere else in Boston!

6001 is the best room
The location was very convenient, just steps from Leader’s Pavilion, and Room 6001 was phenomenal. Unfortunately, around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, flights were diverted to pass directly over the building, which came as quite a shock and made it hard to fall back asleep. The front desk staff were very helpful and thorough in explaining what was and wasn’t included in my stay. The housekeeping staff were also courteous and did an excellent, detailed job.
