Lovely Hotel, Not so lovely staff
I found the hotel itself to be lovely. I found the service not to be so lovely. The staff/management were inflexible and still charged me for the day. Although my flight was cancelled due to weather - tornado, in fact.

This is a lovely hotel with great amenities. My room was really nice and I slept well. My only disappointment is that I reported a fault with the TV and nobody came.

Team work made the dream work
Nick on the bags, Sayem in the front and Alexis for the assist. What an azing team play from all of them for my check in process. Inviting, well thought out and even sent a bottle up in celebration of my brother’s wedding. I am in awe with the teamwork. Great job.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Alexis P. ! From the moment I walked up to the front desk, she greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. She made the entire check-in process smooth, easy, and welcoming. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Employees like her are the reason guests look forward to coming back. Omni should be proud to have someone as dedicated and hardworking as Alexis representing their team. Without a doubt, this was 10/10 service. I honestly hope Alexis is there to greet me every time I check in.
