We had an amazing time staying at the Omni Seaport now 3 times in the past few months. My wife and I use it as a mini getaway and could not be more pleased with the overall experience. Kate our Loyalty ambassador always goes above and beyond to make our stay extra special and the entire hotel staff is always so warm and welcoming. We love enjoying in the hot tub at night and eating lunch at Lifted and dinner at Coquette. Can't wait to stay at the Omni Seaport again soon.

Alexis P was the most welcoming front desk associate I have come into contact with in a very long time. She was so accommodating and I single handedly will come back because of how kind and attentive she was. The hotel is also beautiful and the rooms are beautiful. Great stay!

My recent stay fell short of the standards one would reasonably expect. Upon arrival, the condition of the room was disappointing. There were visible hairs in several areas, dust present on furniture, and noticeable residue on surfaces, suggesting that the room had not been prepared to an appropriate standard. In addition, the bathroom heater was not functioning correctly, which further detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. While the team were courteous and certain remedies were offered, these did not fully address the situation at the time. A partial refund was ultimately provided, which I appreciate; however, this followed escalation and does not mitigate the initial experience. Cleanliness and attention to detail are fundamental expectations, and it was disappointing that these were not consistently upheld. Overall, although efforts were made to resolve the matter, the stay did not reflect the level of quality typically associated with this type of property.
