Great Hotel with excellent staff
I was here with my wife and daughter for her Volleyball tournament. We had an incredible experience at the Omni Boston Hotel, largely thanks to Tony Zin at the front desk. He didn't just check us in; he took the time to listen to our preferences and helped us find the perfect room for our stay. He also gave us excellent recommendations for the hotel’s bar and restaurant, which turned out to be the highlights of our evening. Tony’s hospitality and local insight are top-notch—he truly went the extra mile for us!

Good trip to Omni Seaport
Jia was super nice. Visiting from out of town, made very friendly small talk, and quick service. Can't ask for much more. Javier was also clearly doin his thing as everything looked neatly stocked.
