Great Food, Great Vibes, Even Better Service!
We had an amazing dining experience at the Omni Boston at the Seaport! From the moment we sat down, everything was top-notch — the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service. Our waiter, Francisco, went above and beyond to make our night special. He was attentive, friendly, and an exceptional photographer! It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, but Francisco’s energy and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend dining here — and if you’re lucky enough to have Francisco as your server, you’re in for an exceptional experience!

Best feeling of staying in a hotel
We stayed in the Artist Tower at the Omni, and the room was spotless which means a lot because I am a very picky person. I approached a lovely young lady named Anila on the 12th floor, and she was the sweetest and most meticulous housekeeper I have ever met. She truly made my day and made the hotel feel more like home.
