Will stay at the Omni Boston Seaport again
My initial and mid-stay experience as far-fetched. However, the managers and director of guest services worked hard to amend and compensate the toxic experience. I profoundly appreciated their attempt and concern, and ability to correct the matter, and will stay at the Omni in the future. The room was great, clean, adequate space, and the robes and slippers kept me warm. Most of the staff are friendly and professional. Nice hotel, great location.

Christina is absolutely amazing
Everytime my fiance and I travel to Boston, the Omni is our go to spot! Christina is absolutely, truly amazing and always ensures we are accommodated and well taken care of. Our recent stay was for my fiance’s birthday, and it was nothing short of amazing. Check in was smooth, valet is great and atmosphere is always comforting. The suite was beautiful and we were met with a special treat! I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home at any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Great, great hotel and staff!

Boston is better!
The area where the Omni is located at the convention center is extremely nice. I haven’t been back to the city in a decade and it is amazing what they have accomplished in that time. I was thoroughly impressed with what they have accomplished.
