Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Our stay at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. We were visiting to celebrate a special occasion, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made the occasion even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and kindness by Dorman Ziggy, who immediately made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. That first impression truly set the tone for an outstanding stay. The hotel itself is stunning. The decor is sophisticated, modern, and beautifully designed, while still feeling warm and inviting. Our room was gorgeous, with breathtaking views that made our stay feel even more special. Every detail throughout the property reflects an incredible level of thought and attention to design. The hospitality throughout the hotel was equally impressive. The front desk team and staff were consistently professional, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Kate Casey, the Loyalty Ambassador, deserves special recognition for going out of her way to make sure we had a visit we will not soon forget. Her thoughtfulness and personal attention truly made a difference and helped make our special occasion even more meaningful. Our experience at the pool bar was another highlight. Sean, our bartender, provided exceptional hospitality and was warm, attentive, and professional throughout our time there. And the drinks were absolutely well done—beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the hotel. Another highlight was the excellent coffee bar on the lobby level. It was such a convenient and welcoming addition, and the quality of the coffee was fantastic. Overall, the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport exceeded our expectations. Beautiful accommodations, spectacular views, gorgeous decor, outstanding amenities, and—most importantly—exceptional hospitality from the entire team made this a truly memorable stay. The extra effort everyone made to help us celebrate our special occasion did not go unnoticed and was sincerely appreciated. We would absolutely return and highly recommend the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport to anyone visiting Boston. It is a beautiful property with an exceptional team that understands how to make guests feel genuinely valued. Our experience was truly special, and thanks to the wonderful staff, it is one we will remember for a very long time.

Huge disappointment. Paid for early check in. Arrived a little before noon: were told that room wasn’t quite ready and it would be just a few minutes. No problem…. Thirty minutes later asked about status of room. Were told we’d been upgraded to a suite but couldn’t check in until four but it would be worth the wait, Great no problem, went to get a bite and came back to our room. It’s a standard king room which is what we’d booked to begin with. Will not continue to give Omni our business. Do not stay at Omni Seaport Boston….

Dennis was amazing is a very personable man who seems to love making people feel happy and comfortable at the bar. 10/10 experience, will always come back looking to have him as a bartender. Thanks Dennis!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent experience at The Sporting Club at the Omni Boston Hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, upscale, and welcoming, making it a great place whether you’re looking for a nice dinner, drinks, or a night out. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the entire experience. Everything felt well taken care of, from the atmosphere to the presentation of the food. Definitely a great spot to check out if you’re staying at the Omni or just looking for a great restaurant in Boston. I would absolutely come back!

Had a blast at sporting club for some Saturday college football! Dennis was an outstanding bartender who had me and my fiance laughing all day! Will be back next time we are in seaport! Perfect place to watch the games on a Saturday in the fall
