Everything about the hotel experience was phenomenal despite some hour discrepancies and seemingly early closures of some of the restaurant or bar services inside. The lifted restaurant was completely closed one evening, despite being listed open that day of the week online, and the lobby bar on several occasions stopped serving almost an entire hour before their listed closure time (this was in spite of several guests still lining up to purchase drinks).

The banquet and event services exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was incredibly organized, responsive, and genuinely kind, and everything ran flawlessly from start to finish. The food was delicious, the hotel was spotless, and even the AV was perfect, which is rare. I’ve already started recommending Omni Seaport to others planning meetings in Boston.

Advanced checkout -Siam ( SAM)front desk picked up my call from the room. He had the receipt ready , There was a destination charge ?? As I didn’t receive the restaurant benefits, He changed my hotel charge and a credit was send to my credit card . Because of Sam, I ‘ll book again. Thank you ,

My first critique is the room is way to small. To maneuver around the bed you have to do a side shuffle. The bedside table drawers cannot open b/c the bed is tightly pressed in the small space against the table's drawers. The coffee maker sits on the bathroom counter which does not seem sanitary. With the room being so small there's no where else to put it. There are two drawers located underneath the bed to use to put your luggage away, but who wants to bend down to the floor to use drawers? It should be at a comfortable height. They did their best to try to squeeze drawers in but it's not convenient at all. I really disliked that the bathroom is inside the bedroom, there's no separate room & at $600 a night, I want a separate bathroom. There's no exhaust fan in the toilet, so any smells just linger in the room. The bathroom sink was clogged and anytime I brushed my teeth or used the water, I had to stop the water, wait some time for the water to go down before turning the water back on. Another big complaint I have about the space is the noise. In the tiny room you can hear everything in the hallway, every person who walks by, all their conversations, when then open and close the doors. the sound buffering was not done well at all in that regard. Overall, not worth the price & I was very disappointed. It's all about location and amenities for this hotel but they lacked on the room experience big time.
