Omni Parker House

Beautiful historic hotel in a great central location for walking downtown! The staff is really lovely and helpful. Try the Boston cream pie, it's delicious! Also check out the mini museum on the lower level by the fitness center as it contains quite a few interesting pieces of Parker House history!

One of the best locations in all of Boston, close to Newbury Street, Boston Commons, Fanueil Hall and the North End. Staff is top notch. Amenities are great. Just be aware the rooms are comically small. A deluxe king made it tough for two normal sized people. I would label the room and bathroom functional.

Wonderful historical hotel in an excellent location. Everywhere was in walking distance. The rooms were very adequate and comfortable despite some of the poor reviews. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in with pillows that you just sunk into. I very nearly changed my hotel after reading some negative reviews but I’m so glad I didn’t. I was more than happy. The staff are doing an excellent job to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. The doorman was so polite and helpful as was the reception team. John the barman in the Last Hurrah was the most professional and polite barman I’ve ever come across. The staff in the nearby Beantown bar could learn a lot from him. There would never be a reason for us to stay anywhere else in Boston. The staff at the Omni Parker House is phenomenal. It is a historical and gorgeous hotel with beautifully updated and appointed rooms. The location could not be more central to everything Boston has to offer.
