A delightful hotel located very conveniently to everything we needed. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, very friendly staff and a good feel about the entire hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!

We were so excited to stay in this historic hotel. It really is beautiful. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small because it is an older hotel but they are modern, clean, and comfortable. The food at both the restaurant and the bar were good and the service was great. Hopefully when we go back again, the Parker House restaurant will be open for dinner.. This location is fantastic too-Just steps from the freedom Trail

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Boston! Very accommodating staff at every turn, from arrrival throughout our stay. Good food at the Parker restaurant, with excellent service. The King Deluxe room was a great size, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Upon arrival in the pouring rain the Bellman in a full raincoat watched as my husband and I unloaded our five bags and took them inside where he than offered to help us. The front desk staff seemed put out and less than pleasant. We booked under our Capital One Venture card and were not given the usual additional perks which is usually snacks or a bottled water. I was told the restaurant was open at 4pm or 5pm which we waited for until we realized it was closed on that particular day. Ultimately we ate at the last Hurrah attached to the hotel. You can expect the same indifferent almost rude greeting. I had chosen this Hotel because it was home of the Boston Creme Pie, which was terrible. Like an old buffet dessert. I'd go to the North End bakeries if you truly want a good Boston Creme Pie. The Clam Chowder was terrible and if I had to bet it was was canned soup and a bad one at that. Don't waste the calories go anywhere else in Boston for a good Clam Chowder. Overall I was super disappointed in my experience. The hotel is beautiful and just seems to need some solid customer service training. The room was very small but clean and well taken care of.

If you book at the Omni, just remember it is a very historic hotel, which is reflected in the decor. While some of the rooms have undergone a renovation, the mattresses need to be replaced and the layout of the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a really awkward location and the sink is really long. On a positive note, the staff was all very friendly.
