I stayed at the Omni Parker House for six days and found the overall experience disappointing. The reception staff were consistently unhelpful, even with the most basic requests such as assisting with deliveries. The restaurant was closed between lunch and dinner, offering only a very limited menu, and the coffee shop was chaotic, often understaffed with trainees, leading to long waits for even a simple coffee. Housekeeping was below standard. The bed linen was never changed throughout my stay, and only minimal cleaning was done. I even had to request that the room be dusted. For a hotel of this reputation and price point, the service quality was far below expectations. Overall, the value-for-price ratio is well below standard and does not justify the cost.

I stayed at Omni because I expected excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations and great location. I unfortunately only received the good location. Front desk staff unwelcoming and slow. I was placed in a dungeon like room with a slither of a window I could not look out of. I was reluctantly relocated to a very noisy room by the elevator. I got no rest during my stay. I felt this Omni needs to retrain their staff or have management set a higher standard. I would not recommend this establishment nor would I return at this time.

We had an amazing experience here. The historical beauty of the hotel is hard to put into words. Yenifer at the front desk helped us upon our arrival. She was able to get us checked in to our room early, which is amazing after travels. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. My husband, who has had 3 spine surgeries, said it’s the first hotel bed that doesn’t make him wake up stiff and sore. One thing we did not particularly like was the barn door in the bathroom. The gap lets in light and every offensive odor. Luckily my husband discovered the bathroom on the Mezzanine level. The food and service at Parker’s Restaurant were exactly what we were looking for to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Drinks at the Last Hurrah were a great and convenient way to end the day. Be sure to try the Crème Brûlée Martini!! This was our first experience at an Omni Resort and we are looking forward to staying at one of the other locations! Everything was top notch!

Mediocre hotel at high price. Small rooms. Tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable chairs. Floppy mattress. Spotty internet. Marginal heating for rooms. The main positive is the location

Receptionist not very welcoming didn't smile once. Room was tiny, to watch the tv you would have to open door and sit in corridor.felt like a converted broom cupboard. Asked to be upgraded, paid extra. Much better room. Didn't do breakfast as was ridiculous price. Gave you drinks voucher on arrival but was only for one person. Struggled with big cases out door, doorman just there for decoration. Great location but so are other hotels.
