This historic hotel is perfectly located if you want to walk the freedom trail and walk to other locations in Boston. It has been refurbished and is a well kept historic building. We had room 518 which is a king bed and larger room. It's directly over the school st entrance. The staff is superior in attitude and service. Lot's of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed drinks and food at the "last hurrah" bar just off the lobby. An exercise room is well equipped. Our king bed was very comfortable and a large tv is on the wall. The bathroom is very modern but tight. Ziggys restaurant is around the corner and provides a great breakfast value. You are given the hotel managers name and link as you leave. We texted him about a billing issue and the resolved it to our satisfaction. His name is Mr. Gagne. The hotel lobby is beautifully maintained and has much of the old world woodworking. It is not an inexpensive hotel but a 1st class establishment.

Wow, what a great place from the moment you walk into the front doors. The staff (everyone) were unbelievable and so helpful. Being a workout nut, I can't say enough about the fitness area - has everything anyone would need. The food, well, perfect and very good, with super service. The rooms, we had a suite, were incredible, and I highly recommend paying the extra and getting one, you won't be unhappy. Location is perfectly located to walk to all the sites. Close to all the parks, North Town, the freedom trail and we even walked to Fenway. Everything here is a big fat 10 !!!!!! Yes, our next trip to Boston we will be staying at the Omni !!!

You would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel for walkbility, service, history, and amenities. It's a great value. We have stayed here twice and will continue to do so.

Extremely polite front desk, Conquer and bar staff, very accommodating to requests. We really appreciate being able to check our bag for the day before our flight out. Anniversary plate with champagne was a surprise in our room and delicious! The beds were beyond comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. I would highly recommend staying here for all the above reasons not to mention the historical significance. We hope to come stay again.

Beautiful historic hotel in a great central location for walking downtown! The staff is really lovely and helpful. Try the Boston cream pie, it's delicious! Also check out the mini museum on the lower level by the fitness center as it contains quite a few interesting pieces of Parker House history!
