White Christmas where everybody knows your name
We had a white Christmas at the Omni Parker House in Boston. Beautiful rooms and elegant meeting spaces. We enjoyed room service Blitzens Pop Up Bar and the Parker’s Restaurant. Thank you for a very merry Christmas. We walked down to Cheers Bar but we should have been told it doesn’t open until 11 am. The skating rink is right nearby too.

Nice hotel. Good location. Beware of hidden resort fee.
Nice hotel with good amenities and a great downtown location. Experience would have been better but for the fact that we were hit with a hidden resort fee at check in. I do not understand why the fee is not transparent when you make your reservation.

A once rare gem has turned into a crappy hotel
We have been staying at this hotel since 2016 for our yearly Christmas trip to Boston. There was no other hotel like it. This most recent stay was after their renovations. The main lobby is still as magical as ever, but the rooms have been majorly downgraded while still set the same price. We loved the Omni Parker house because we never heard our neighbors, the rooms were large and felt like “home.” Now you step into a euro trash room that’s the same size as a London hotel(tiny). They made the rooms to smaller to increase profit, but used the cheapest materials for paper thin walls, with grey and white dictations….. how original. We are so bummed we have to find a new hotel after all this time.

Best stay in Boston
Always a wonderful experience. Welcoming staff makes it feel like home away from home. I always enjoy Parker’s Bar and the Last Hurrah. Some of my favorite places to enjoy a drink, light bites, and some sports. I appreciate the room updates and love the addition of the hydration stations. This hotel is so convenient to so much in Boston.
