Omni Parker House

The Hotel is beautiful. The rooms were immaculate, and my room had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Every staff member I interacted with was wonderful. Probably the best service I've ever received at a hotel.

The location was perfect for walking around Boston. The train was easily accessible. We were visiting colleges and the walks were easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The staff was fantastic. They were very nice and accommodating for our midnight arrival. Easy to get an Uber outside. Can't wait to come back.

Great location for theater event. Local pubs and stores. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Loved the historical elements of this hotel.

I have stayed in many 4 or 5 star hotels over the years traveling for business. This is the first time I have stayed somewhere that was literally perfect. I loved having the keurig in my room, the room was impeccably cleaned each day, never had to ask for anything it was all always there. The front desk staff were above and beyond helpful and kind from giving me directions to making sure I had everything I needed. I actually did not want to leave as I felt right at home. That is never the case for me. The room temperature control was great and the bed very comfy. The location was very conveniently located near all points of interest and the govt center train station. I even enjoyed the fitness center as it was very clean and had a lot of options. The bellman were super helpful and cheery. I stayed during the blizzard and the staff had everything clear and accessible at all times. If I return to Boston I will never stay anywhere else! Thank you for making my 5 day stay absolutely amazing!
