Great location in Boston

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

The location is amazing. That’s what you’re paying for. Everything you want to do is easy to get to. The rooms aren’t large, but that’s ok because you’re in downtown Boston. The whole place is pristine, and overall a great stay

Beautiful historical hotel in great location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Location was great. Service is friendly and outstanding. Room was small with no dresser and small closet but very clean and had all amenities including a fridge. Atmosphere is beautiful and historic and did not hear any noise from outside when sleeping. Fitness room clean and efficient. Would stay here again even though it’s a little pricey.

One of the Best Event Hotel Experiences We’ve Had

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We recently hosted a 2-day company event for 40 people at the Omni, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, newly renovated, and exceptionally well-maintained. The conference spaces were excellent, everything was organized seamlessly, and the staff was consistently kind, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire event. The food was great, arrived on time for every meal, and the catering options worked perfectly for a large group. Guest rooms were spotless, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy for everyone to recharge after long days of sessions and collaboration. The WiFi was also fast and reliable, which was especially important for our event. Check-in and check-out were flawless and efficient, and overall, the level of customer service truly stood out. Planning large-scale events can be stressful, but the Omni team made everything feel easy and smooth. I would absolutely host another event here and highly recommend it for both business events and personal stays.

Worst experience ever.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Pros: Beds are very comfortable (soft, if you like it) Cons: construction/window washing started at 4am every morning. I was told there is window washing, but not that loud noises start at 4am. Size of the bathroom is size of a small closet. Most staff does not care. Got waked up at 7:30 on the day of departure to be asked when I leave. The only reply I got is “I am sorry”. No help, explanation, etc. Worst experience ever.
