Classy hotel in a great location
We stayed here after an overseas layover and loved the location and old time class of this hotel. The soap and shower products were heaven scent (pun intended), and room service with clam chowder and Boston cream pie was a splurge that hit the spot after a long travel day. We were on the 11th floor which was quiet. The bell staff anticipated our need to store luggage to go exploring before our next flight and even loaned us an umbrella! Fabulous location on the Freedom Trail. Walkable to Boston Tea Party Museum, Boston Commons, Cheers, and the Old North Church. Super comfy bed with black out curtains and a huge closet complete with robes. Our only complaint would be the bathroom was small so the door wouldn’t open fully, but a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A historical experience topped with client satisfaction!
The banquets team and supporting teams at Omni Parker House were phenomenal. Internally, we have some folks very loyal to other chains who questioned our selection of this hotel. I will continue to standby this location was an excellent choice. All of our internal team and guests were thrilled by the history, level of service and overall excellence here.

Elegance during PAX East
This was my second time staying at the Omni Parker house. The staff there are intentional about providing an excellent experience for you and your guests. It starts over the phone and continues until they close the door of your car behind you. When we arrived, our bellhop Steve assisted us with our bags up to our room. When he inspected the room, and item was left by a previous guest. He quickly resolved the issue by calling housekeeping, and then later sent us up a piece of Boston cream pie to apologize. The room was beautifully updated compared to when we lost stayed. We use Google cast on the tv, so I could watch TV using the apps I use to stream TV at home. Definitely check out Parker's Bar and Parker's Restaurant. It's nice to have something delicious but also close to the hotel. I needed to get my nails done, and they provided to nail salons within walking distance. I will definitely return. It's become a yearly destination spot for my daughter and I as we travel to Boston for PAX east.
