Omni Parker House

I love Omni Hotels! The hotels are clean, beautiful and provide exceptional service! Even better, Omni Hotels often offer early check in! That means you get to arrive, relax and then hit the sites! So Awesome!

The absolute worst. I paid $1200 for a very mediocre room. I had an infant with me. I requested a crib. I called to confirm that the crib would be in the room when I arrived. It was not. By the time they brought it into the room my child was asleep. I called beforehand and asked if I could order room service waiting for me in my room. The person at the front desk, CAZELLE, said I could not order room service until I checked in with my credit card. I offered to give my credit card over the phone, but she said no I had to show it in person. When I arrived at the hotel, I looked at the room service menu and there was absolutely zero vegetarian entrées. I asked at the front desk if I could order DoorDash and would they bring it up to the room. CAZELLE said yes they would do that. I ordered DoorDash and wanted it arrived CAZELLE refused to bring it to the room for “liability reasons.” This is a Hotel that charges top dollar for absolutely bottom dollar service. I’ve had better experiences at Holiday Inn. They should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone who works here should go back to Hotel school. Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE.

Overall, our experience with the hotel was OK. It was a busy time, things were crowded, but it was handled well. Our primary issue was with the front desk. An extra day was accidentally booked and when we checked in were told it wasn’t an issue, they would remove the charge when we checked out. That did not happen. When we checked out we were told we would be charged the additional night as we did not give them enough notice. No budging. For a five star hotel and having spent multiple nights, spending money at their restaurants, we expected better.

Fantastic location. Close to everything. Wonderful history. But check your room. There were 2 of us, myself, wife, granddaughter and the room was so small you had to go in the hall to change your mind. This room should never have had two beds in it. My expectations were much higher given that I have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it very much. If they give you 534, or any other _34, ask for another room unless you are by yourself.

They were very very untransplant with the prices they lied about it they didn't tell the true price and when we had the final check we had to pay more than 30% per day then what we have settled about for example 35 dollars a day plus almost 20% taxes each day which nobody told us about it there are simply simply hiding the real price that is terrible and unfair
