Dating back to 1855 and located in the heart of downtown Boston, Omni Parker House is a legendary landmark that combines more than 170 years of history with a newly refreshed luxury experience. Set across from Boston Common and near Beacon Hill and the Freedom Trail, the hotel features 551 recently renovated guestrooms and suites that blend historic character with modern comfort. Rooms offer custom furnishings, plush bedding, flat-screen TVs, coffee makers, robes, and thoughtfully designed spaces, while the Signature Rooms add a dedicated sitting area and workspace. Select historically decorated suites provide an especially distinctive experience, allowing guests to stay surrounded by details inspired by the hotel's storied past.
Dining is an essential part of the Omni Parker House experience, particularly at Parker's Restaurant, the birthplace of Boston Cream Pie and Parker House Rolls. The elegant restaurant combines nostalgic New England cuisine with contemporary flair, while Parker's Bar offers cocktails and wine in a setting inspired by the hotel's original 19th-century library.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Omni. The customer service at this hotel is top notch. We had a few small issues with our room - clogged sink and shower and a noisy AC unit. I texted the number they provided two separate times and they responded almost immediately and resolved the issues. The beds and rooms were clean and comfy. The gym is well appointed and the location is central to all of the places you'd want to visit in Boston. I highly recommend!

This hotel is in a wonderful location and we looked forward to staying despite the more than $1400 (American) total for two nights. We were taken to a very small room with a desk and bed and the smallest ever bathroom, even smaller than a bathroom found on a cruise ship! Despite booking four months in advance, we were shown a room that had a view of brick walls and bird excrement, and virtually no natural light. After complaining at the front desk, the manager showed us an alternative that was just as small and with a similar view on a higher floor. There was apparently no other choice! We immediately changed our reserve from two nights to one. They did not value our show of confidence in our booking and gave us one of the worst rooms in the hotel ,which was described as a "deluxe king room". We have stayed in many very nice hotels for less or similar cost per night, such as the Caledonian in Edinburgh, the Waldorf in NYC and the Four Seasons in Montreal. Just a word of warning to those who may not know.

No shuttle, small rooms, and inconsistent AC in room. Expensive for size of room. Last Hurrah was great. Ask for Fernado.

This was our second trip to the Omni Parker and it will become an annual event! The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is courteous, friendly, and ever so accommodating! We love Boston and never fail to have a wonderful experience at the Omni. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable and the housekeeping staff is wonderful!

Room Type: Deluxe Room with 2 Queen Beds - Excellent valet service; the staff are attentive and efficient. Check-in is easy and the staff are very helpful; however, if you don’t speak English perfectly, you may encounter some impatience (possibly an isolated incident involving one employee). The room is cleaned daily and everything is very clean. The rooms are small but very functional; the small fridge is a real plus. In short, this is a beautiful hotel with history and character where I loved staying and would return without hesitation. Plus, its proximity to the subway, the Freedom Trail, and Quincy Market… makes it an even more desirable location. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.
