We spent a wonderful weekend at the Raffles Boston to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The service here is where the hotel truly shines. The butler service was professional, attentive, and added that signature touch of Raffles hospitality that made our celebration feel even more special. No request was too small, and their proactive nature ensured our stay was seamless. Our accommodations were equally impressive. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a sophisticated yet comfortable sanctuary in the heart of the city. For dining, we highly recommend breakfast at the Long Bar. The food was great, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the views provided a perfect backdrop for our morning. It was a highlight of our stay and a fantastic way to kick off our days of exploring. Raffles Boston provided the perfect setting for a memorable birthday milestone. We look forward to returning!

I recently stayed at the Raffles Boston to celebrate a birthday, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had! From the moment I made the reservation, the communication was exceptional. The team reached out proactively, making sure every detail of my stay was thoughtfully arranged well before I even arrived. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for a world class experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the celebration feel even more special. When we entered the room, we were also greeted with a thoughtful surprise: a beautifully presented birthday dessert waiting for us. It was such a personal touch and immediately made the occasion feel recognized and celebrated. The corner room itself was stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and filled with luxurious touches that made it hard to leave. This was also my first time experiencing true butler service, and it completely elevated my stay. The butler was incredibly professional, responsive, and intuitive—always available when needed, yet never intrusive. Whether it was helping to reserve breakfast or local tips and tricks, the service felt seamless and personalized. I can’t recommend Raffles Boston highly enough. I left feeling truly taken care of and have already book my next trip!

The team was a lifesaver! My wife broke her shoe in the way to a swank private event on the 19th floor. Jairo C. (Guest services manager) and Massino (maintenance) were amazing. Without any fuss, brought superglue and fixed the show liked professional cobblers. Thanks to the hotel staff!

This hotel is simply the best. We showed up without a reservation, and from the moment we arrive, we were treated like we were family. Every single person was friendly, kind, and caring. They took time to get to know you and ask you questions. Ray a front office manager was very helpful and made our stay possible. Steven downstairs was great with our bags and first impression after arriving in blizzard. Cynthia who checked us was a blessing to us. We could relax and know we were well taken care of. Thanks also to Meredith, Malik, and Kristiana at front desk and Bai at checkout. Rory our butler also was very quick with the requested items thank you. Another amazing feature is they’re always by the front door to open the door for you and help you with your bags. A lot of other luxury hotels miss this. This is one of the most modern and beautifully designed hotels in the world. The best part is definitely the pool, sauna and steam room amenities. The fitness center is also top notch and offers great views. Our whole stay we felt relaxed and anything we needed. We would simply send a text to our butler and it was taken care of. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I couldn’t honestly find one flaw with this beautiful hotel. I travel extensively and have stayed at a lot of other luxury brands. This was my first raffles. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing experience. We were supposed to go skiing on school vacation week. Because of an injury, we couldn't go. So we did a staycation at Raffles. From the start of our trip to the departure, everything was seamless. The butler team checked in with me throughout the day. They treated us like a queen. We loved the room, attention to detail, the view, and the spa. I was sad to leave. I especially want to thank to Rory, Rey, Kenza, Lily, Sarah, Filmon,Taylor, Maxwell, Kieran, Tomas, Kristiana, Tori, Gonzalo, Tahir, Nadine, Julia, Melanie, Purushottam, and Avin. They made our stay unforgettable! I consider Raffles Boston my second home away from home. This was our fourth stay. We will be back.
