First Rate hotel experience in every way. Exceptional location, ambience and restaurants. Staff member CONCH was truly exceptional and made our stay very special.

We only stayed one night at the Newbury on the evening of October 7th. However, we will be back! One of our best experiences was being greeted and assisted by Ben. He was delightful and very attentive. He gave us great tips and directions and served as a perfect consignarege! The room was delightful and everyone was so nice and helpful, bu Ben was a standout. Please give him greetings from Robbie and Bob.

This was a very impressive hotel, with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, and the “library” near reception was a lovely place to grab a pastry and coffee before going out in the morning - free of charge. Outside the door was Tiffany’s literally next door and Boston Park and Boston Common, once you negotiated the busy street! Above two night stay.

Fantastic stay in a great guesthouse with premier location. Staff are the stand out -simply top class...been to Boston on business may times and wish I had found this gem years ago. Highly recommend to discerning visitors who like quality but are wary of the rip off that is the 5* hotel groups...

The Street Bar at The Newbury Boston never misses. The food and cocktails are consistently spectacular, but it’s the service that truly shines. Conch—our server tonight and on many visits—treats us like family, only better. She, along with Ramon her assistant and other servers such as Larissa, Desiree, Sasha, and Rico, and every team member bring genuine care and class. Kudos to Sashi, Ulisses, and the rest of the restaurant management for assembling such a remarkable crew.
