Upon checking in the lobby was incredibly busy. We were past the 3:00 check-in and were told our room wouldn’t be ready for some time. Valentina was amazing and offered us complimentary drinks and apps for our family while we waited. When we finally got our room we were worried they possibly may have given us the wrong accommodations. The room was not what we had read on the description. When I went to ask Valentina and she was truly a gem and found a solution without any hesitation. Employees like this should be recognized. She understood our situation and truly accommodated our request.
