We made a last minute switch to this hotel after a terrible experience at a neighbor hotel and wow what a breath of fresh air! This place is a must stay! The hotel is so clean and fresh and the staff is amazing. The rooms are spacious and the location is superb. Close to shopping. The Contessa restaurant upstairs is a must try!

Concha took great care of us and was so kind and attentive. She gave us excellent local recs for sightseeing and historical info. Food was excellent and the ambiance was cozy and classy.

Staying at The Newbury is fantastic. Get a room with a wood burning fireplace. But before you leave, please allow Conch to serve you downstairs in Street Bar. Conch is funny warm so knowledgeable. Thank you Conch!

Perfect location. Everything was great. Conch took amazing care of us for lunch and for dinner since we were snowed in! Our new place to stay when we’re in town.

Such a comfortable, service-forward hotel stay. Location couldn’t be more convenient or beautiful. Ample staff at every level of the experience, everyone so kind and helpful. Happened to be “stuck” here during a blizzard and couldn’t have been happier anywhere else for a “home away from home”. A soecial shout-out to Conch in the Street Bar (restaurant). She worked around the clock during today’s “shut in day”, serving my breakfast, lunch, and dinner—each meal with a smile and enthusiasm. Highly recommend this hotel!
