They had me with sparking water dispensers on every floor, but everything was outstanding. Easy walk to Pearl Street Mall and wonderful pool and bar on site.

Do not host your wedding here, you will regret it.

The Limelight was a delightful surprise! It is well located, has really nice amenities including a great outdoor pool and well equipped gym. The rooms a nicely appointed and offer nice touches from Nespresso Coffee, large showers, super comfortable beds and linens. They also offer free shuttle in a new Audi SUV. Staff is so helpful. Delicious food and creative cocktails.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time while attending a week-long event, and it exceeded my expectations. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful amenities, gorgeous views, and a perfect location. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely worked hard to make sure guests had a great experience. They even gave me fantastic recommendations for local spots to check out. A special shoutout to the valet team—Dan, CJ, Dylan, Mike, and Chris—for all of their help and kindness throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond and made me feel welcomed every day. This is a stay I won't ever forget. I highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to returning next year for the same event!

I checked into room 541 at 5:30 PM after being told my original room wasn't ready. The night was incredibly frustrating due to a severe electrical defect: turning off the room lights completely cut power to the electrical outlets. Because I rely on a CPAP machine for medical reasons, I was forced to sleep with the room lights fully turned on all night. The response from staff the next day was a chain of incompetence and poor communication. The front desk falsely claimed there was a "master switch" (there wasn't), and the engineer later confirmed that the outlets simply do not work if the lights are off. When arranging a room move, front desk staff claimed they tried to contact me and blamed "telephone tag," despite the fact that I was waiting in the room and neither the room phone nor my cell phone ever rang. To make matters worse, the bell staff arrived 30 minutes late to assist with our bags, forcing us to leave our luggage packed just to make it to a lunch reservation. When I requested compensation for this absurdly disruptive stay, management offered a insulting $22.57 credit, hiding behind the excuse that they "cannot compensate a night booked through a third-party travel site." A third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic operational utilities or compromising a guest's medical equipment. Avoid this property—the service is heavily disorganized and management refuses to take accountability for major room failures.
