Wonderful experience.

The Presidential Suite was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The suite was clean and inviting with boutique robes and amenities. We ate dinner in the restaurant the lobster ravioli was delicious. My husband enjoyed his wagyu steak commenting how tender was. After our first visit we decided to make it a yearly anniversary/birthday trip.

They're VERY happy getting your money - not much interested in making it worth it

We (married couple) booked specifically to enjoy New Year's Eve in the small hotel bar (not the big party) ... very disappointed that only two bartenders were struggling to keep up because there were ZERO wait-staff .. ON NY Eve !! Further, I ordered a Bailey's Irish Creme .. the pitiful portion served - was no more than an inch deep. I've been to "frugal" bars but this was ABSURDLY STINGY .. I mean "Poke-In-The-Eye" stingy. My take away from our two night stay was ... I felt ... "milked" and "mugged". While I'm at it - do you suppose your check-in clerk could be bothered to give us the WiFi code upon arrival ?!? The guy has very little else to do; the job isn't THAT difficult ... and was just another demo of the hotel attitude .. "We don't really care what you think as long as we get your money". We won't be back .. ever.
