We enjoyed our stay and had no issues at all. It’s a beautiful facility. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. Beds were comfy, loved having the porch to sit on and drink coffee in the mornings and an extra sink area to get ready apart from the bathroom, nice bonus. We did spa services, facial and massages and they were AMAZING. We had no issues with front desk staff, if we needed something it wasn’t a problem getting it. Our room was a little warm, we asked for a box fan and one was brought immediately. I would definitely stay here again!!

The Chateau took care of everything for our business conference. They never hesitated to answer any of my questions. They were very helpful during the entire process.

The Chateau was perfect for our one night stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The place is a little dated overall but the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was nice that they had a parking garage as well.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The rooms were a good size to be comfortable and views were beautiful. The express check out is a big plus so i didn’t have to stand in line.

The people who work at the hotel were all very kind and helpful—5 star service. We even received a free upgrade to a bigger room at check due to some miscommunication— really thoughtful, helpful and over and above service! The view is gorgeous and the outside pool in August was beyond beautiful at sunset. BUT.. the hotel is getting older. The indoor pool was under construction, the hot tub was out of order, and we had a fire alarm go off during our stay. We also had issues with our air conditioner in our room. In Missouri, in the August heat (over 90’s), that felt a little overwhelming. Would I stay again? Maybe!
