Excellent old fashioned hospitality! The interior had beautiful architecture and you definitely felt like you were in a Chateau! It was warm and cozy for the change of the weather.

We were only there for one night, but we had our wedding ceremony and reception there 11 years ago and it is still a beautiful and festive place. The food is outstanding and Madison, our dinner server for dinner was a pleasure. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel overall. On the outside, 4 stars, the old cob webs need to be removed from walls, furniture, and balconies. A good air blower or a light shop vac would take care of this as a daily maintenance task. The rest was 5 stars, Registration, , room cleanliness, housekeeping, bakery, parking attendants, and all personnel we encountered were super courteous.

Really great location and wonderful staff. The views of Table Rock Lake are amazing no matter the season. Just be ready- if you’re a lover of Christmas decorations, they were in full adornment the weekend prior to Halloween!!!

We enjoyed our visit overall, the hotel was very plush and comfortable. The servers and staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was also very good though we were surprised to pay so much for coffee and juice. The parking, though is spotty and we often had to walk long distances to our car. And why do we pay so much to park when there is nowhere else? Also, is it customary for beds not to be made regularly or clean towels/washcloths not to be provided regularly?? Thanks for the opportunity to write a review.
