A single overnight stay whilst visiting friends who live locally. We werent aware that it was "Pride weekend" so the hotel was a little busier than expected, but being a large establishment it absorbs people very well. I still find it difficult to get to grips with a 4pm check in especially when check out is 11am but i guess thats in line with hotels worldwide. Great front desk staff (Ash) who organised our pre check in. The room was quite comfortable with good amenities, bed a little soft for us but fine for one night...really enjoyed the complimentary cookies and the coffee bags in the room rather than instant went down very well! All in all very comfortable.

Obviously being a Hilton hotel it has the name and everything, so it’s a good spot to go for drinks. However, for the spa it’s inconsistent. Things always break down, the male locker room is poor at best, and sometimes gets way too busy. The receptionists are nice and friendly though. Please for the love of god, do better.

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend as party of a wedding party. We had a private breakfast the following morning. Those who were residents were due to receive breakfast at a discounted rate. When we arrived we were asked to pay but were quoted an incorrect price. After much debate we were made to pay the higher rate. The next guests arrived and had the same issue, at which point a manager said they would check. Right enough we should have paid a discounted rate. I requested a refund for the difference and was told they are unable to do this, instead we had to fill out a form and someone will be in contact at the beginning of the week to process the refund. A lot of effort for a mistake that was the hotels. Completely ruined what should have been a celebratory breakfast with friends. By mid week still no contact. My partner was previously advised to contact the hotel directly (not providing any contact details) had to track down a number for the hotel ourselves. After being passed around on the phone, I was then asked to e-mail describing the problem (by this time I had described the problem to 4 separate people). Subsequently zero response after nearly two days. This has been extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. All due to an error by the hotel. Overcharging customers and then making zero effort to put this right. Ignoring complaints is not good customer service.

I thought this hotel was just lovely. The location, right across from Brighton's beautiful beach and near the pier, lots of restaurants and shops, etc, was absolutely perfect. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of great options. The coffee was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Honestly just a wonderful stay, all the way around.

The service and the attitude/friendliness of the staff is second to none. The room was absolutely spotless and beautifully situated with a balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was sumptuous and the facilities excellent. Breakfast had everything you could wish for and more and the food service was wonderful. Thanks to Jade and Nina! Thanks also to everyone else for everything you did for us to make our stay super special, especially Rekha, GM; Nihkil, Food and Beverage Director, Kostas, Front of House Manager and Lauren, The Commercial Director. You truly are amazing. Mike and I cannot imagine life without coming to stay at your fabulous hotel. We are in the process of booking our next mini break and cannot wait. Thank you all so very much!
