Hotel Side Fabulous
The hotel side is absolutely brilliant. Reception, especially Ash, are amazing. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable and well appointed. So from all this side it us 5 star. What let's this hotel fown is the F&B side. For a hotel of this quality, the evening offering is poor and not professional. Don't get me wrong the food itself is not bad, a bit overpriced for what you get, but tasty. The service, the atmosphere, abd the standards in the bar are very poor. You have to ask for cutlery, then when they bring it the hold the blade end of a knife to put it down. You get dessert and no spoon. You have to ask for sauces. No point in saying anything as the staff don't know any better and need training. I was not the only person who thought this. It is a shame, because take out this and the hotel is brilliant, thus why I still gave 4 stars as it deserves it.

Fab service
Great hotel. Stayed many times for work. Food nice and drinks etc didnt use the gym on this occasion. Lots of meetings so busy time. All the staff were great. One member of staff really stood out - George - he was working in the bar last Thursday evening. I just missed the ice cream parlour being closed! In the nick of time he sorted it out and got me what I needed as had been waiting all day for it. He was a star as couldve just said it was closed. George you are a legend!

A place of comfort
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Hilton DoubleTree. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Saba, the “cookie lady,” spoiled me with her warm welcome and kind gestures. Ellie and Hana made sure that my three-day stay was special by arranging a weekly get-together for all the corporate guests, which made the evenings truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and thoughtful staff!
