Hilton Brighton Metropole

Celebrated my 27th birthday at the Hilton, Brighton. The suite room is beautiful, spacious and clean, with gorgeous views of the coastline, and the famous west pier ( eat croissants on the balcony at your own risk ) The staff were extremely attentive throughout our stay. Soraya from the restaurant was particularly kind, thanks for being so accommodating and making our stay extra special.

Emily is a very friendly member of staff. She is polite, helpful and cheerful. She assisted me with all the enquiries I needed to know. I recommend her for a promotion as I reckon she will be an asset to the company and will be able to offer more for the success of the company, being the Hilton Hotels.

What an outstanding stay, from the moment that I arrival to my departure, the staff went above and beyond, they made me feel very welcome, they were courteous, and they knew that I had stayed with them before. My room was amazing, clean, comfortable, I had a sea view, with doors opening to a balcony, I couldn't have asked for more. I had lunch and breakfast, which was again outstanding, the food was great, and i had lost of options. I would wholehearted recommend a visit and a stay at the Hilton Brighton Metropole.

I booked the Chartwell suite at the Doubletree by Hilton Brighton Metropole for my brothers proposal and just wanted to say a big thankyou to everyone involved making it a such a successful evening a special occasion and a memory to cherish forever not only from me but the whole family, from Kitchen for the food, Sales in the lead up to it, F&B & Operations Team during the day & Leo & Elia from Maintenance who saved the day literately when the led marry me wire was cut accidently. The attentiveness, and attention to detail was next to nothing! Big thankyou to Grace, Pritesh & Ramona for their support in decorating the room when i was stressed they went above and beyond their job role and if your wondering SHE SAID YES so bring on the wedding and hope they decide to have it here also

I really liked the location – right on the seashore. This is very important if you live in a seaside town – you can enjoy the view right from your room. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast had a great selection. The service at reception was very good (considering my less than perfect English). I would definitely recommend it to friends.
