Clean, quiet and cozy. Roomy with comfortable beds. Friendly service. Hot coffee in lobby all day was appreciated. Nice boutique type hotel in a perfect Williamsburg location. Directly across from park which was beautiful green space. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights. We had a king suite room I think. It was spacious and well laid out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fabulous location and Williamsburg is a much better base than Manhattan. The negatives - the duvet on the bed was under a sheet not in a duvet cover. I’m not sure they are going to wash a duvet after each guest so it seems potentially unhygienic. The TV kept on buffering The makeup mirror light did not work The extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. I had to look at reviews to check if they had a gym as it’s not mentioned on their site. It’s a very big space with quality kit but I’m not sure they been in it since it opened. It’s grubby, some things are broken, there’s no water bottle in the cooler, no towels to clean the kit, dead plants outside the window. Such a shame when it could be so good.

Allison was working the front desk through most of my three days here and she did a wonderful job attending to everything we needed. She was kind and very professional. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and was clean, quiet, & comfortable.

My stay was great! I booked the king w/balcony room through Priceline and actually had a BIG issue at first… I wanted to extend last min and was told on arrival I was going to be charged the security deposit (which was already double what I’ve ever paid) TWICE! Luckily I spoke to Besim Collom at the front desk and despite no manager being present, he was able to get that 2nd charge waived for me. He also let me know that the hotel also PRICE MATCHES if you contact them directly. Idk about ya’ll but I’m calling and asking for him next time I decide to have a little staycation over there. A lot of good food and bars in the area too

The hotel is perfect location, I was blown away by all the restaurants, park, stores. The vibe of this part of the city was everything. The hotel was nice, comfortable room. The pool was not open and the roof top was still under construction. I was sad there was no room service but I survived :).
