Omni Interlocken Hotel

We spent three nights there with a wedding party. The experience exceeded our expectations. Great food and excellent, attentive wait staff.

Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated to create an awesome resort vibe. The attention to detail and friendly service made our stay feel special. We’re thinking of bringing our friends for special occasions to the hotel restaurants and plan to return for a spa retreat for our next visit.

We went to the Omni when there was a severe weather event in our hometown. It was a luxurious escape from stressful circumstances. We felt so well taken care of. The staff could not have been more gracious, generous, and professional. It was a completely lovely experience.

The Omni is a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was there for a holiday event. While the hotel and stay were nice, I fell on a patch of ice outside the hotel's front door. I notified the front desk and was simply given an apology. No one ever checked to see how I was doing or if I was okay. No report was even taken. I expected better service/hospitality.

This was such a great experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for a luxurious hotel with excellent customer service this place was clean it smelled wonderful it had great amenities we were helped by the nicest people we were helped by Abigail E,John M and Cailin J. These staff members were very wonderful people who helped us at the front desk from beginning to end they went above and beyond to offer amazing customer service they were very caring kind and attended to our every need We then had the most amazing experience at the mokara spa we were helped by a wonderful lady named Tammy she set each of us up to get a massage she worked with our schedule and provided the best customer service we both got very lucky and we were helped by Carole and Steph. Carole and Steph were absolutely amazing they both gave us the best massage we have ever had in our whole lives we will for sure be back to get a massage with them again the entire experience from signing up to get a massage to going through it and then they gave you the best treatment afterward and we were able to utilize all of their after spa treatments and we were very impressed we will be back at this hotel and we will even come back to get another spa treatment! 😇
