Omni Interlocken Hotel

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Food was decent. Staff was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed it better than most hotel stays.

I have never been treated so well in my life at a hotel. It was a true honor to spend my wedding night at the Omni. The staff was so kind and courteous and the room was amazing. Definitely coming back in the future for anniversaries!

This is a wonderful location. My girlfriend and I were warmly greeted at the door upon arrival, and the lobby was full of life upon entering. The rooms are fantastic, especially the balcony which was a great value. The many restaurants on-site are top notch, and the staff are even better. We appreciated how authentic everyone is. I do wish nicer hotels such as this one offered a complimentary breakfast, but I’ve yet to find a hotel above a two-star that does so. All in all, great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I attended a conference at this location, and the waitstaff were phenomenal! They were prompt with delivering food/snacks and quick to clean the tables as well. The ladies at Trail & Trade were not as friendly and pleasant, and seemed to have no sense of urgency or self-awareness while working. I observed one lady to greet individuals coming in, but when I entered, she quickly looked at me, looked away and greeted others who came in after me. She also didn't acknowledge people who were waiting in line to check out but slowly placed items in the oven and proceeded to make coffee despite a growing line of customers with items ready for checkout. The rooms were nice and modern, and the shower was hot (which I love)! I wish the restaurant stayed open later into the evening, and not the bar being the only option for food at night. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would visit again.

Went to check in just after 4 and they said it wasn’t ready until 530. No discount offered. Just told us to wait in the bar. Terrible service
