Omni Interlocken Hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, great location and awesome views. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My husband and I went for our anniversary and it was our first trip to Colorado. Great way to start. Can't wait for my next trip.

Stayed for a work trip. Absolutely beautiful hotel with great food and amenities. Close enough to shops and activities. Clean, with very prompt service.

We stayed in a Mountain View room, 11th floor. Enjoyed the view, friendly and accommodating staff and good breakfast. Pool was a great plus too. I always check out negative review points, but we didn’t experience any, so presumably this hotel listens to any negatives and acts on them. Loved that you could opt out of room service and hotel will donate a meal to the community. Also, it’s an easy walk to a local lake and park (Arbor Park I think). Would stay again!

We were there for national cup for soccer. It was a great experience for our group and we will definitely be back. They were so accomodating to our needs and gave us a group sales rep, Carli who was so wonderful along with the front desk staff and food and beverage staff.

The overall lower score is due to the fact that our shower was unusable due to hair in the drain and maintenance had to come out at night to fix it, which took quite a while. They then said they’d send housekeeping in to clean up the mess and hair that was everywhere and they never did. We finally gave up at 10:40 PM and cleaned it ourselves so we could shower and go to sleep. Then the next morning, a maintenance man showed up around 9:25 AM saying he was there to fix a clogged sink, which we didn’t have. The Camper coffee shop served breakfast sandwiches but said their over was broken so they couldn’t warm them up. They suggested they could give us cold sandwiches and we could have a microwave delivered to our room to heat them up, which we obviously opted not to do. We had booked a deal with $150 food and beverage credit and could barely use it due to this situation. We did have coffee that was pretty good but that was it. Overall very poor experience in what could have been an otherwise nice hotel. The furnishings are lovely and the decor is beautiful too. Just needs some serious attention to maintenance apparently.
