Omni Interlocken Hotel

The Omni Interlocken truly delivered a near-perfect long weekend vacation experience. Booking through Amex came with all the perks, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The front desk staff, Jessica and John, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a hotel regular as a first time visitor. The room was beautifully designed with its own unique charm. I particularly loved the wallpaper and artwork, which gave the space a youthful, chic, and settled vibe. Although the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, I still managed to get a good night’s sleep. The dining options were surprisingly outstanding. I enjoyed three breakfasts at the campers, trying the steak & eggs, the Benny, and the bison hash. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, with a special egg dip that was a delightful surprise in flavor and texture. The Benny was like a breakfast pizza with flaky dough, and the eggs were cooked to a perfect jelly-like texture. The bison hash was a generous portion with flavorful bison and gravy, tasting just as good as leftovers. A big shoutout to Sara for enhancing my dining experience. On my last day, I went to experience the driving range. It was a stunning course, and the staff were amazing. The clubs provided were top-notch to me as a beginner, and the whole experience was complimentary for hotel guests. Jason made sure everything went smoothly, and I left with a smile and a few pieces of broken skin on my hands as I didn’t wear gloves. It was a good pain. A couple of areas for improvement: the shower water pressure was adequate, considering the drought in Colorado, but a bit more pressure would be appreciated since the tub fills up quickly. Additionally, the outdoor hot tub had a few malfunctioning jets, which should be an easy fix. I’ll come back for sure, for another longer vacation, when my golf skills get better.

Perfect business conference experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurants had great selection of food. Great quality. Outstanding coffee shop in the gift shop. The pools are beautiful and the surrounding grounds.

Overall, our stay was amazing! I was truly blown away by the attention to detail from every employee at the Omni. We were attending a conference, and every small detail was thoughtfully handled and perfectly executed. I also loved the amenities included in the stay—the pool, gym, and fire areas were all fantastic. The atmosphere at Sheps, the Camper, and the coffee shop was especially fun and easily my favorite part. Everything was beautifully decorated, giving the entire hotel such an inviting and elevated feel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay—I will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Omni Interlocken. Staff was exceptionally helpful, the hotel itself is fantastic and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend!
