Omni Interlocken Hotel

This is a delightful resort. Great pool and hot tub. Very well equipped fitness center. The Camper serves among the best breakfasts we have ever had. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff is very responsive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the Omni Interlocken and especially Matthew at the front desk. My daughter, dog, and I arrived at nearly 1:00 AM after a very disappointing experience at another highly rated hotel that turned out to be dirty and not at all what we expected. By that hour, almost every hotel in the area was sold out, and I was stressed, exhausted, and worried about where we were going to stay. When I called the Omni, Matthew immediately went into problem-solving mode. Even though the hotel only had two rooms left, he took the time to walk me through every available option, check different rates, and help me find the best solution for our situation. He never sounded rushed or inconvenienced despite the late hour. Instead, he was patient, kind, upbeat, and genuinely invested in helping us. When we arrived, the exceptional service continued. Not only did he remember our conversation, but he recognized my daughter and took the time to tell her he was sorry she had such a rough night. He greeted our dog, made us feel welcome, and treated us like people rather than just another reservation. That level of genuine care is rare. Matthew turned what could have been a miserable night into a wonderful experience. He is the kind of employee every hotel hopes to have and every guest hopes to encounter. Thank you, Matthew, for your kindness, professionalism, and for quite literally saving our night. The hotel itself feels like walking into a luxury resort/spa, calm, elegant, and instantly relaxing. The rooms have a completely different personality in the best possible way. Rather than feeling generic like so many hotel rooms, they have a charming golf-resort aesthetic full of character. Rich, deep colors, classic plaid accents, substantial doors and trim, and even whimsical golfer details in the wallpaper gave the room a unique sense of place. It felt thoughtfully designed and memorable rather than cookie-cutter. Beyond the design, the room was exceptionally comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic, the lighting was excellent, and the blackout curtains made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was beautiful, the toiletries smelled amazing, and even the small details stood out—including high-quality toilet paper, which any frequent traveler can appreciate. Every part of the room felt well-appointed and intentionally designed for comfort. We will absolutely be back.

Noise level from corporate event was u til 4 am. Called twice to complain. Don’t get room near pool or conference areas. Breakfast was cold and needed to be taken back. Manager was nice about it.

Great property, very happy with the service levels and overall quality throughout the hotel. Lots of smiles, friendly staff at every turn.

As soon as I walked into this property, I could tell immediately that this was a happy team. Not only because it's their job to thank me for being a member, but also because they are genuinely happy to be at their workplace. I didn't have the chance to tell the MOD in person how kind the staff is at this property and how rare it is to feel an authentic pleasantness from hotel personnel. Whatever you're doing to put your people first, it's working and rubbing off on your customers. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Denver area. My co-worker and I were sad to check out so soon!
