Omni Interlocken Hotel

For special occasions and staycations, my family always enjoys a stay at the Omni. The staff is upbeat, friendly and of superior training. The restaurants and coffee shop are excellent. We love the pool, which is outdoor and open all year round.

This place is a resort with two large pools, nice fire pit hang out area and massive lobby with many sitting areas. Great friendly staff, shout out to my hydration hero working the front desk Saturday night hooking us up with bottled water. Very clean and quiet, we never heard our neighbors in the rooms on our floor. The most impressive part of this “resort” was the elevators. You never waited for an elevator regardless of time of day or what floor you were on. As soon as you pushed the button the elevator was there. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Beautiful resort style hotel and amenities. The stay was ruined when a football team arrived/stayed. They locked out all elevators while taking them all to their floors for 30+ minutes it seemed. They also wouldn’t let other guests board going back down (even when the elevator was just an employee going to the lobby again) including an elderly couple I was with for 8-10 passes in the 7th floor elevator lobby. The staff was curt when we asked about boarding and timing. It seemed excessive and honesty spoiled the whole experience for us and many others.
