Hotel Heritage - Relais & Châteaux

We loved everything about our stay at Relais & Chateaux Brugge, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the rooms, bar, restaurant were sensational, especially the breakfast. Loved everything about it.

We stayed here with friends and really enjoyed the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The historic character of the building adds a lot of charm, while the common areas feel comfortable for spending time together. Our rooms were well maintained, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a day exploring Bruges. Even though the hotel feels refined, it didn’t feel stiff or overly formal, which worked well for a group stay. The location is convenient for walking around the city, and returning to such a calm setting in the evening was a nice contrast to the busy streets outside. Overall, a pleasant choice for friends looking for comfort and character in the heart of Bruges.

Very nicely located hotel in the center of Bruges with very good service and parking . However the rooms and the bathrooms need renovation as well as the textiles in the common use furniture in the lobby and the bar Excellent breakfast and the Mystique restaurant is an amazing experience

We went for dinner the night before and everything was fine. The staff was friendly. The food was good, the price high but worth it. I asked the waiter if I could go to the bar on the 31st and he said yes. When I arrived at the bar, they didn't want to serve me and I felt like the waitress was practically kicking me out, telling me the bar was full when there were only two people there. They were practically hypocrites. un dia antes fuimos a cenar y todo bien. El personal amable. La comida bien el precio costoso pero lo vale,le pregunte al mesero si podia ir al bar el dia 31 y me dijo que si. Al llegar al bar no me quisieron recibir y senti como la mesera practicamente me estaba corriendo del lugar diciendome que el bar estaba lleno cuando solo habian dos personas. practicamente unos hipocritas

There are not enough superlatives to describe this charming boutique hotel. Breakfast is wonderful, guest rooms are immaculate, quiet and inviting, and location is perfect. The staff was gracious and knowledgeable. The Hotel Heritage is the go-to property in Bruges, Belgium. They make Relais & Chateaux proud.
