Near Central Station and small scale of supermarket and 6 minutes walking distances to Grand Place. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The lobby looked modern. Staffs were helpful. Spacious room and bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Both shower and tub were provided. The water temperature was unstable, may be affected by the shower pressure. It was very surprised that only two pcs in the tissue box in 1st day. Great varieties of choice on breakfast. Nice waffle machine. It will be better if opening time can move earlier.

Nice hotel with a lovely view. However seemingly understaffed (this is the fault of the management). If you call for essentially anything, nobody picks up unless you basically harrass the line. The polite and professional young gentleman at the front desk tries his best and is great, but he is working mostly alone. With a hotel as full as this one is, this is unacceptable and unfair to staff such as him, and disappointing for clients.

The hotel seemed acceptable initially, and I was upgraded due to my Diamond membership. However, there were significant issues during my stay. The window blinds were precariously held up with paper clips, and one of them fell off completely. Additionally, after signing the bar bill, I was later confronted by a waiter in front of my client, accusing me of not having not signed it—a claim that was entirely incorrect. This encounter was both embarrassing and lacked any sense of courtesy. Overall, I am deeply disappointed.

We had two issues with our booking, (they had changed our room type for some reason and we wanted to tell them the train strike meant we wouldn’t arrive until the morning after we had booked) we tried for days to contact the hotel through the Hilton App, by email and finally managed to get someone to answer the phone after numerous attempts. The gentleman I spoke to assured me he would correct the room type and make a note of our delayed arrival. On arrival our reservation had been canceled. The manager sorted it after a wait. My husband couldn’t wait so left for his day trip. I was given the room keys and pointed to the lift and left to struggle with both my and my husband’s luggage. I got into a lift that a lady had struggled to exit with a lot of luggage. The room was very basic and small water bottles that you would expect would be complementary in a 5 star hotel were €4 each. But did have a lovely view! Our room included executive lounge access. It took 3 attempts for our keys to be programmed to enable the Lounge door to be unlocked. The lounge is very small. Coffee, tea and soft drinks were available during the day. The leftovers from breakfast were also left for consumption during the day. Evening drinks and snacks are served in the lounge. We arrived when the evening drinks had been available for about 50 minutes. There was no food available and it was apparent no staff had been in attendance since the start of the cocktail hour. It was filthy. Food scraps and empty drinks were all over the tables, it really was disgusting. I’ve never seen anything like it in a Hilton (and I’ve stayed in dozens of them around the world) Breakfast for executive rooms is only what is served in the lounge. A tray of pastries, a bowl of fruit salad and a yoghurt machine. I have never seen such a sad display. Incredibly disappointing and a 3 star experience at best. The location is perfect but the hotel and service is sadly lacking. If you are booking definitely don’t both with an executive room.

Wow. The location can't be beat--right in front of the central train station. We stayed a total of 7 nights, one night before a drive to Spa, then 6 nights after returning. From the airport, just hop on the train, 2 stops and you're there. Just hop on the elevator and voilà--it practically takes you from the tracks to the front door of the hotel. It's a short 3 blocks to the Grand' Place, and 4-5 blocks to the Royal Fine Arts Museum. I never experienced a long wait for front desk staff, and was upgraded as a Diamond member to the executive floor. The odd-numbered rooms on the 5th and 6th floors even have views of the iconic city hall. Breakfasts were ample, and adequately replenished of items. This is a super-easy base to visit most of the tourist-oriented cities in Belgium (Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges), as well as, of course, Brussels itself. For a hotel in the city center, rooms were ample in size and certainly comfortable. The internet wifi worked well. Elevators were fast and adequate for the hotel size (3 elevators for 6 floors). My only complaint was that in the first room we were in (the one night before we went to Spa), we had to unplug the lamp to plug in my CPAP, which should be renovated. While not the least expensive place in town, I felt the hotel was a good value given the location and comfort of the rooms. Given similar prices (granted, we came in shoulder season in early April), I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Brussels.
