Expected far more from this Hilton given the price, location and grand building. Unfortunately only the service in the Exec lounge was up to expectations - the Turkish colleague was a great advert for the brand. Negatives: Room not ready at 3pm as promised, took another 45 mins Executive lounge needed a good clean and vacuum Letting people sleep mid afternoon in the lounge on a sofa with their shoes on is inexcusable yet deemed fine by staff No Diamond recognition on arrival -eg no water, no welcome letter/ hotel guide Room upgrade nice but room missing any bathroom amenities & flannels Breakfast fine but not a patch on the Hilton in Antwerp Overall I think the management team here need a trip to Hilton Antwerp and take a look in the mirror vs their own standards.

When you pay and stay for 2 nights, and don't have your room coffee filled up, no shower cap, no facecloths, no water in the room, it just feels really cheap.

First time back after being a regular business guest many years ago. Immediately recognised as a Lifetime Hilton Diamond Member and comp upgrade to Junior Suite . Very comfortable quiet room with executive lounge access. Big surprise was how good restaurant was … lovely spaghetti carbonara and reasoably priced Italian red . Breakfast spot on …. But the big big selling point is the unmatched location literally in Brussels Centraal station so hop skip and jump to Grand Place or as we did onwards to Brussels Midi ( 5 minutes ) and the Eurostar…. Great to be back and highly recommended

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights for work. The location was very convenient—within walking distance of both my workplace and public transportation, and also quite close to the city center. The room itself was very spacious, as was the bathroom, which I appreciated. Breakfast was included, but since it started at 7 a.m. and I had to leave earlier for work, I had to request breakfast boxes. Unfortunately, these were exactly the same every day—three pastries, a few pieces of fruit, a drink, a chocolate bar, and a bottle of water. A bit of variation or even a simple sandwich would have been nice, especially for long-staying guests. For a 12-night stay, I expected at least some recognition or a small gesture of appreciation, but there was nothing special offered. It feels like Hilton doesn’t particularly value long-stay guests, even though from a revenue management point, I also booked a separate room for a friend over the weekend, but because the reservation name was changed to his, I didn’t receive any miles or credit for it. Overall, this is a good property in terms of location and comfort, but the service was standard—nothing bad, just nothing that stood out as exceptional either.

I didn't even "stay" here because my experience was so horrible. I booked it and asked for an early check-in. The man at the front desk told me he would let me check in at 12pm. So I went out and explored for a little bit. Returned at 11:55 to see the same man at the desk. Said hey I'm back to check-in now like you promised. He acted like he never told me that, and that he had never even seen me before! Said he had no clue what I was talking about and that check in isn't until 3pm. I understand that, but he had specifically promised me a 12pm checkin. And then proceeded to act like he had never even spoken to me when I showed up at the time he stated? And was extremely rude about it and started yelling at me for making things up. Yes, YELLED while the other staff stood and laughed. I cancelled my stay and booked a different property. The location was great, right next to a grocery store and the train station. But I cancelled because I wasn't going to be treated like a liar and with such disrespect. This was 6 months ago now (Feb 2025) but I still think about it.
