Hotel Amigo

This hotel has the best customer service we have ever had at a hotel. The room was spacious and they provide you several waters every day! The shower was awesome too! The service from the hotel management was Superior! The bar in the hotel itself is one of the best I have ever been to and the staff there, especially the bar manager catered to our every need and went above all expectations!

Absolutely perfect location central to all that you'd want to see and do in Brussels. Staff is friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended.

We have the most amazing time in Hotel Amigo where we celebrated our double (mine) 20th and my sister’s 15th wedding anniversary! From the moment we arrived, we truly felt special and taken care of. All the little touches and the overall atmosphere made it such a memorable experience for all of us. It was more than we expected - everything felt personal, warm, and full of kindness. Thank you to Mirko and his manager from the reservation team who managed to get us the correct rooms. Thanks to Alienor at reception, who was very welcoming and professional. We enjoyed our breakfast in the hotel, it was excellent and a wonderful choice. We got served by a wonderful team and I would especially like to mention Madel, who was very good at her job and remembered the way we liked our morning coffee, the table was always ready for us. There was also a friendly team that served us - Chiara and Claudio. We had our dinner there too, it was delicious and we got a friendly service from Gaia. Everyone working there is professional, the rooms very clean, spacious and well equipped. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate this special occasion in such a beautiful and unforgettable way. We'll always remember it with a smile!

I had fantastic experience to stay in the Hotel Amigo. It is in the heart of Brussels just opposite from the Grand Palace, what actually I saw from my window. I received excellent service during my stay from all the team members. The reception staff was very kind, helpful excellent check-in and checkout. The room was exceptionally clean. Despite being in the busy town center,I had one of the best sleep in this hotel. Andrew from the Concierge team treated me with the most welcome, he was very helpful, gave me lots of recommendations. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
