The hotel was beautiful. Very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had no issues at all during our stay. The room was very big and the location was 10/10. Very easy to get to most landmarks. Main shopping area was on the doorstep. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Lovely building, good size room (classic room) and the aircon was great (it was a heatwave in Brussels). I believe they need to make more of a feature of the history (some storytelling guys through your people, rooms and the public areas). A note to the leadership - why arent you doing this?

We recently spent three nights in Brussels on a sight seeing trip and from start to finish we were blown away . Our stay at Plaza hotel was first class from start to finish and the cleanliness and service was five star. A beautiful place and a trip to Bruges was very special. Thanking all for kindness and attention to detail. John

We were surprised by the multifaceted issue we experienced at this 5* hotel: unable to prepare a room in advance arguing with the client, especially due to your fault unable to reconfigure/split the existing two united beds as individual beds - in the following minutes/hours unable to empathize with the client when it was expressly communicated they will be unable to sleep and reply: "yes, this is it" unable to fully admit your fault even after booking.com calls If I go now on booking.com and look to reserve a "normal" room with 2 individual beds, the only option I see is the one I followed with the reservation 6464991132. I made the initial reservation on the 24th of January, so there were 157 days to make the arrangements for the services required to be provided. The room and configuration requested were not provided on arrival After communicating with the desk that this is not what we reserved, nobody cared about the client, but argued against. We had to call booking.com, who confirmed that our demands were correct, so that a tiny change in your perspective happened, and after long conversation, you admitted it was your fault, not the client. Still kept different versions and excuses why the configuration was not delivered on arrival AND not changed after, so that we don't suffer 1 night, but easily possible the next day? Nobody slept well; one was on the floor, another in bed - when the energy the next day was supposed to be full for the concert Then you cared and understood so much that you proposed 2 drink vouchers as sufficient compensation? Other general things I've never seen in a 5* unwelcoming desk service not even 1 bottle of water in the room hidden gym room broken elevator
