Not worthy the price

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

First it wasnt specified in Booking that i should have a credit card for the deposit and they told me only when i arrived in reception and then the receptionist was rude and told us to leave the deposit in cash assuming i had cash with me, but i had a debit card and she threaten me that with debit she will keep my money for 2 months on hold. Also cheking was at 4 but when we arrived we waited 30 more minutes, and for the third bed they didn't put 2 pillow but only 1 which was flat, also the room services didnt bring everything daily , one day the didnt put coffee, they didnt refilled shampoo and a lot of things. Basically it wasnt worthy the payment, only location was the best.

Good Room, Better Staff.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Located near a shopping mall and a quick walk away from the Grand Place, Le Plaza Brussels is a fantastic example of efficient service blended with a classical feel. Our room was great, with bath robes and a massive bathroom. The staff were very friendly and quick with our requests. However, I felt that parts of our room needed refurbishments, but it didn’t feel to be the be all and end all. 5 stars

Comfortably Grand

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The Le Plaza is reminiscent of a grand hotel from the last century, but one that has been well maintained and is unpretentiously welcoming. The location is perfect, an easy and enjoyable walk to the central attractions but near a pedestrian shopping mall for convenience and where you will encounter real residents of the city. It is quiet both during the day and at night and my room was spacious, comfortable, and everything worked. But maybe the very best part was how the staff were all professional yet warm and genuinely interested in making my stay a pleasant one; gracious is the word that comes to mind. All in all, the Le Plaza was a great home for my visit to Brussels.
