It is not a ***** hotel
The hotel needs a renovation. The reception hall is impressive, but that's it. The carpets are full of dust, one smells that. One-way paper coffee cups in the room clearly indicate the level of comfort. Another point is the check-in time, which is 16:00, whereas the check-out is 12:00. When I ask my room at 14:00, they even did not try to see whether any room is available. Our bed was too soft.

Best Hotel in Brussels
A stunning hotel with great character and amazing staff. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need. A few minutes walk from excellent restaurants should you not wish to eat in the hotel. Will definitely be returning for my 7th visit.
