Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
We had a highly disappointing stay at Hotel Le Plaza Brussels and cannot recommend this property. For a hotel of this profile, the experience fell far short of basic standards. No WiFi details provided. Room Quality & Maintenance: The hotel feels very old and the rooms are in need of refurbishing. There was no phone in the room upon arrival; one was brought up later, but it did not work anyway.Uncomfortable Sleep & Odour: I could not sleep at night due to a highly irritating, menthol-like smell (similar to Vicks) embedded in the bedding.Service & Staff: The staff appeared miserable and were completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, our room was still not ready at 4:00 PM.Amenities: The hotel bar was not operating during the day, leaving guests without basic amenities.Overall, this was a deeply frustrating experience. We will not be returning.

Very nice hotel
Everything about this hotel is classy and big. We received an upgrade and the room we got was huge. Even the hallways were about seven feet wide and there were lots of places to sort out clothes in the room itself. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of foods to choose from. Metro station was just down the block and the main square was within walking distance. Loved our stay here.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff in an excellent location. The beds are very comfortable, very clean hotel. The hotels in the shopping area next to restaurants and bars. You can walk to the main square etc by foot.

Well-located and comfortable Bruxelles stay
We stayed for one night but liked everything. It seems as a weel-run establishment with comfortable and clean rooms, in walking distance to Brussels city centre (ca. 15 min), Brussels-Nord Railway Station (ca. 10 min), and metro/tram stop (ca. 5 min). Storing luggage prior to check-in available for free. The additional perk of the hotel is its vintage "Budapest Hotel" vibe.

An independent gem
I really feel like a guest here, and a bit like a character in a 1930s film. It's old fashioned in the best possible way. On top of that, it's an exceptionally clean, very comfortable hotel with fantastic service.
