Hotel Le Plaza

Reception was genuinely rude/impatient a couple times, and a lot of new/lost staff. Was asked to pay for my room twice because a part of the payment was forgotten. I was never explained why i had to pay again, but it was paid back during checkout. Price for the room was comparable to a 4* star hotel stay, except the internet was so slow it was completely unusable. Couldn't use the room to work or watch things as originally planned, had to spend most of my day/evening elsewhere. Room service was very underwhelming, I've been to several 4* hotels with similar prices that have better quality food and more sizeable portions. Bed sheets had visible stains on them one of the days, thankfully this doesn't bother me too much. The bathroom tap was shut so tightly it was literally impossible to turn on the cold water. One of the curtains didn't close properly by a few cm. Emptying the bath made an ungodly amount of noise. The lack of ability to bring some food back to my room during breakfast was a dealbreaker to me, as I wasn't in the mood to pay more for portions I couldn't pick, and had a health issue that made eating in public extremely uncomfortable, both for me and others. The elevator takes forever and is always packed. One of them also made concerning noises. The neighborhood is also quite scary in the evening... In conclusion, not the worst stay of my life, but not something I'd call a 5 star hotel in any universe. I frankly couldn't wait to leave.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. The staff, in all areas, were wonderful, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We included breakfast which was exceptional and plentiful. Overall 10/10 and would definitely stay here every time we are in Brussels.

I highly recommend Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels. The rooms are very comfortable and perfectly clean. I love the location, easy to reach by train from the airport and very close to metro stations. The staff are very friendly and I feel at home with the service they provide. The beds are very comfortable, too.

The hotel had a very artistic and stylish decoration. Very helpful staff, excellent room size, and comfortable sleeping. Very close to all attractions.

The hotel is located right in the center, provides a great breakfast and has its rooms very nicely equipped. 4 stars because 1) the elevator is horrific. Even going up to the 4th or 5th floor is faster by taking the staircase than waiting for the elevator. Plus there's only one. And 2) there's no smart TV in the room, which is quite unusual for 2026.
