The hotel itself was fine. I recommend it. The only thing I could criticize is that on the last day we were leaving early in the morning and had asked for breakfast to be prepared in advance to take away. The breakfast was very poor: a few rolls, a small bottle of juice, and an apple. It could have been better.

First and very important: Staff is great, very friendly and always with a smile. They are doing a great job! Breakfast is ok, but nothing special. Location is not good at all, with a lot of homeless people, sex shops, porn clubs, etc. along the streets. It can be quite noisy at night if some drug addicts/drunks get into an argument. If you can, avoid to get a room towards the main street. I have been staying at this hotel four years in a row now and all the rooms have been in need of renovation: Peeling paint, scuffed furniture, running toilets, plugs in bath tub drains always in shut condition, etc. Also air conditioning has never been working and during last stay the wifi was really bad. Could only get poor connection the first two hour in the room, rest of the time all my devices refused to connect. The wifi works fine in the public parts of the hotel though, so could be a broken router or something like that.

The hotel is pretty affordable and nice, the location is great, they have parking which is great if you are on a road trip. The decoration and furniture are a bit old, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the towels needs replacing. The room is big and the closet is huge. I didn’t like that they don’t have anyone to take the luggage from and to the rooms, it is all self service.

Thanks everyone It will be my residence when I visit Brussels again.. But I hope you reduce the parking price because it is a bit expensive.

Hotel was excellent, unfortunately there is no restaurant for dinner. Reception staff extremely helpful but bar staff very inattentive and slow.
