A special shout-out to “The Gang” which would include Junior, Oz, Fani and Fabian who hosted us in the Breakfast buffet. As of family of four girls and an old grandma they attended to our individual needs each morning to make our stay like a dream. The Hotel staff even decorated the room for a Happy Birthday and treated us to champagne. Highly recommend!!!!!

Nice and calm hotel in the heart of Brussels. Friendly staff. Tasteful but toned down rooms. Clean rooms and nice amenities.

We loved the spacious room with an amazing view of the Cathedral. The room was beautifully furnished, and the service was outstanding. It is perfectly located in the heart of Brussels.

Burglary & Theft - NH Collection Hotel Brussels Grand Sablon I want to share a serious security issue my family and I experienced during our stay at the NH Collection Hotel Brussels Grand Sablon from 22nd to 24th August. Upon arrival, everything appeared in order. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. However, the situation changed drastically that same evening. After checking into our room, we left the hotel around 8:30 PM to have dinner nearby. When we returned a few hours later, we were shocked to discover that our in-room safe had been forcibly opened and all our valuable items had been stolen. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk, but were met with indifference and a lack of any meaningful support. While the police were contacted and an investigation is ongoing, the hotel staff’s response was alarmingly apathetic. The next morning, I spoke with the Duty Manager. Unfortunately, the same lack of concern persisted—no urgency, no empathy, and certainly no sense of responsibility. I expressed my concerns, including the possibility of internal involvement, given the nature of the break-in and the unbothered attitude of the staff. These concerns were casually dismissed as “unfortunate circumstances” and “coincidences.” What’s even more troubling is the hotel’s lack of basic security infrastructure: there are no surveillance cameras on guestroom floors, and no security personnel on site. This makes it alarmingly easy for anyone with the right tools to access rooms and safes undetected. While I am not directly accusing anyone, the circumstances and handling of this incident raise serious red flags. I strongly urge anyone considering a stay at this property to be extremely cautious and not to leave any valuables in the room. Something is fundamentally wrong at this hotel—and until it is addressed, guest safety cannot be guaranteed.

Start excellent, the room was very comfortable, clean with all the amenities you would require. Double glazed and air-conditioned which worked well. In case you are concerned they only ring the bells at the church opposite occasionally! Our room overlook the square but we had no trouble sleeping.
