NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon

NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is an outstanding hotel and exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcome. We were greeted warmly at the entrance, and our car – even though it was a large Porsche SUV – was professionally parked by the hotel team. We had requested connecting rooms before our arrival, and they were exactly as promised and perfectly prepared for our family. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff sincerely apologized that our rooms were not yet ready, which showed their professionalism and genuine care for their guests. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Our luggage was brought to our room, the air conditioning worked perfectly despite the hot weather (even in the corridors), and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is perfect – in the heart of the beautiful Grand Sablon district, very safe, family-friendly, and within walking distance of Brussels’ main attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of high-quality food. Room service was equally excellent, and the food was delicious. I especially appreciated the modern online room service ordering system, which was convenient and easy to use. A special thank you goes to the entire team for making our stay so memorable, especially Mr. Carlos Americo Leal and Mr. Mohamed (Parking Manager). Their kindness, professionalism and dedication truly made a difference. Whenever I return to Brussels, there is no question where I will stay. NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon will be my first and only choice. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay!

Very nice hotel with very helpful colaborators. Good location for museums but not so much for the city center and shops. Would recomend it!

breakfast was epic. also they have a free sweet trolley and free minibar instead of cleaning, a great idea

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The customer service is world-class; the front desk team greeted us warmly and handled every request with genuine care and professionalism.The cleanliness of the entire property is highly impressive. Our room was immaculate upon arrival, and the housekeeping service was exceptional. Paid meticulous attention to detail, and kept our space fresh . To top it all off, the room view was breathtaking. Waking up in morning to such an incredible panorama made our trip truly unforgettable. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be back!"

Came here for F1 and the hotel and staff were fantastic, so helpful and such a nice hotel. Breakfast was very good and Junior was especially helpful at breakfast. Loved the hotel and loved the staff. Thanks all. Will return
