Marcello was very kind! NH offers free shoe shine on Weds from 5 PM - 8 PM and Marcello took great care of making my shoes shine beautifully. The hotel staff is also friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is clean, spacious, and quiet. The location is also in a cute square that has shopping and restaurants.

I have a feeling this hotel caters to conference goers and the like. It is well-suited to the purpose. As a family of three, we selected it because it was one of few places right in the most interesting part of town that offered rooms for more than two people, so I'll review it from that perspective. I joined NH to get a discount. We got the "family room with a view." The view was as promised--we could see the church outside and the ferris wheel down the street. The suite has one area with a sofabed that fits at least 2 kids, and a separate one with the parent bed and a desk and a couple chairs. No door between them but a partial wall. Large bathroom with shower--no bathtub. Espresso machine and fridge with drinks. If you decline housekeeping, you can take a couple free drinks. Parents should also know there is a large cart with free gummy candies right as you enter the hotel. There are also free apples and water with or without cucumber etc. There are a few cute wooden games in the lobby to try as well. There's a jewelry store right as you walk in which tells you a lot about the class of hotel! Breakfast is 27 euros each, so we did not partake. There are bakeries and cafes nearby; we liked Le Pain Quotidien a lot. Staff is very nice. There's a doorman outside. There is a guest services desk and they can offer tips for sightseeing etc. Oddly, for a hotel at this price point, they only had enough key cards to give us one. Location is the key factor, really. About 10 min to Grand Place or the Palace. Lots of shops, chocolatiers, and restaurants around.

This hotel exceeded expections. It's located right in the city centre, convenient to the metro, train stations and attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of food. The restaurant is located at the top of the hotel with a lovely view of the city. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We spent 3 very enjoyable nights here. We will definitely return.

My wife and I spent three nights at the NH Grand Sablon two weeks ago. We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was also excellent, with a very varied selection. I would particularly like to highlight and commend the service provided by Fany, a young woman who worked at breakfast. She was always smiling, welcoming, and quick to provide us with whatever we needed. She also made the effort to speak to us in English, as we are from the East Coast of the United States and do not speak French. We will definitely return, as it was a wonderful experience.
