NH Hotel Sablon is a wonderful destination when staying in Brussels. The staff at this hotel are always a delight and nothing is to much trouble. There was a few issues with the air-con but they immediately gave us a fan for our room which was sufficient as we could open our windows. I have never come across a hotel where all the staff are consistently lovely to deal with. Thanks also to our daily room clean which was always somehow magically done to perfection. The Sablon area is great for food, antique shops, shopping, close to the train and just a wonderful atmosphere. 10/10 for our 5 days in BRUSSELS.

This is a modern, comfortable hotel in a great location sort of on the dividing line between the upper town and the lower town. It is very close to a lot of major attractions, especially the museum district - the Fine Arts museum is just around the corner. The churches in the neighborhood (Grand Sablon and Notre Dame de Chapelle) are well worth seeing and Petit Sablon and Brussels Park are just across and down the street if you’re looking for some green space. There are great views of Brussels from Mont des Arts and Place Poelart. Public transport is pretty good - the Park metro station isn’t too far away and a major tram line goes right by the hotel (when the street isn’t under construction which it was when we were there). We didn’t go for the breakfast buffet (lots of good cafes nearby) - but it looked similar to other NH Collection buffets we’ve experienced which were very good (if pricey). I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Brussels - the hotel itself was everything we wanted and the location cannot be beat.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Martijn at the front desk made us feel welcome - he was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities, our room, and gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions. The location is ideal, with many key sights just a 10–15 minute walk away. Breakfast exceeded expectation - where most hotels fall short, this one truly delivered. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!
