NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon

This hotel is perfectly located next to the Belgium Royal Museums of Fine Arts and the Royal Palace. It is also located within a 10 minute walk from the Brussels Central train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. They gave me a room on a high floor as per my request during booking. However, I was woken up in the morning several times by an intermittent squeaking noise that I couldn't identify. It was perhaps from the tram line or some sort of construction nearby. Otherwise, everything else about the hotel was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel is well located near the old city, and most attractions are within walking distance. Also, there are many restaurants close by. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is elevator access. The room was decently sized with a large bathroom. The front desk (especially one person with beard) was extremely helpful. Another friend of ours who fell sick during the stay had to look for a doctor, and this person was very helpful. He called several clinics and found out that was open and closest to us. He even helped us get a cab to go to the clinic. The manager at the front desk was also very supportive of us carrying breakfast up to our friend’s room. He even approached us the next day and offered his help. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This hotel was perfect; the location, staff, room and amenities were much appreciated and made my trip one of the most enjoyable. The room I had was huge overlooking a tree lined beautiful church, the windows opened and you could hear the bells ring. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, independent shops and great restaurants sprinkeled all around. Truly one of the best areas to be. Everything is near by and just a short walk without the massive crowds of tourists. The staff is what also makes this hotel so special. They are ready to help, guide and make great recoomendations on just about anything you ask for. The rooms were well appointed and spotless the housekeeping staff were great, professional, kind and attentive. I would return and only select this hotel for future stays

I made a huge mistake with our reservation and the recepcionist was really helpful solving it for us. The location is great!

Hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood with some of the best chocolate shops nearby. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Front desk team is knowledgeable and helpful with issues. Room is a good size and very clean. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from Central station. I would definitely stay here again.
