Tranquil et Calm in the Centre
Excellent location and lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel. Fantastic staff. Special mention to Charles at reception for the welcome and finding me a room slightly earlier than requested. It was very much appreciated. To the lovely breakfast staff too. Special mention too to the polite and hardworking housekeeping staff provding clean rooms , here a clam atmosphere you wouldn't know it was so busy. I would definitely stay again.

For a good nights sleep remember ear plugs
The hotel is a little way out of the main restaurants and bars area, as an example to walk to delirium is about 20 minutes. It’s incredibly noisy so keep your bedroom window closed if you face the street and take ear plugs, the emergency sirens are pretty much constant and there is a recycling bottle bank nearby so you hear smashing glass even at 4 in the morning. The first day we didn’t have our room made up, but they remembered to do it the next day. The restaurant in the hotel was average but above average prices. Wouldn’t return

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL/ STAFF
Extremely disappointed with this property! We will never stay here again. From check-in to the room and the service, everything was terrible. Our room was on the 1st floor and extremely loud—you could hear everything, even the neighbors opening their doors. The staff was not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. The only person who was genuinely nice was the bellman. No one greeted us, and whenever we had questions, it felt like no one wanted to help. We even called early that morning to make sure our room would be cleaned and the sheets changed while we were on our tour. We were assured it would be done, but when we returned, nothing had been cleaned. When we called the front desk, they simply said it wasn’t done because we didn’t leave the housekeeping card out the night before. Terrible service and terrible experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
