Very nice over all! The only reason I have to mark down to a four is that we payed more for a city view and that meant the street sounds were so loud. All night there were sounds from emergency vehicles, traffic, and pedestrians. Ear plugs were a must. Just be aware. Other than that lovely hotel.

My stay at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery Collection was excellent and easily one of the highlights of my visit to Brussels. The hotel combines the charm of a boutique property with the comfort and service you would expect from a premium international brand. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by a professional and attentive team that genuinely cared about the guest experience. The location is difficult to beat. Situated on Avenue Louise, you're within walking distance of many of Brussels' main attractions, excellent restaurants, shopping areas, and public transport connections. I found it to be the perfect base for exploring the city while still enjoying a quieter and more elegant part of town. The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and after long days walking around Brussels, returning to the room felt like a real treat. The design throughout the hotel is sophisticated without feeling pretentious. One feature that deserves special mention is the hotel's beautiful garden. It's a peaceful oasis that you wouldn't expect to find in the middle of a busy European capital and adds a unique touch to the overall experience. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fresh products and attentive service. The quality was consistently high and made for a great start to each day. A useful tip for future visitors: if it's your first time in Brussels, take advantage of the location and walk to the historic centre rather than relying on taxis. Along the way you'll discover elegant streets, cafés, chocolate shops, and architecture that many visitors miss when travelling only between major landmarks. Having stayed in many hotels across Europe, I believe Le Louise offers an excellent balance of location, comfort, atmosphere, and service. It's the type of hotel that enhances the overall experience of a city rather than simply providing a place to sleep. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Brussels.

Rooms were beautiful, food was average, nothing special. My only complaint is the reception staff (only one person, Ronald, was rude and condescending and frankly insulting). Since it was a 5-star hotel, I let them know that I didn't need my room serviced and I was leaving my trash in the hallway so it could be collected and not an eyesore to the other guests. My thanks for this was being told how to use a do not disturb sign and that the trash would be collected (naturally) and NOT TO CONTACT the front desk. The rest of the staff was very courteous and polite. I travel to Brussels often and will return to Steigenberger, which is a great choice in Brussels.

If you are looking for a Hotel with a great location that in 2026 is in the middle of current costs for a stay in Brussels then have I got a Hotel for you ! Oh and I forgot....... an establisment with great service and old fashioned Belgium charm, As an example I had a room arranged for me many hours before standard check in time by one of the lovely agents at reception. Excuse me for writing the name incorrectly but you will get the idea.lia Francioa not only arranged an early room for me on the first floor and facing a side street that was quiet did I just say quiet and great for actually getting some sleep. But insisted she carry my 2 bags to the Uber and put the bags in the trunk of the car. How often do you get service like that ? But this small Boutique Hotel has many people who use old world European charm to make your stay a memorable one. Yup this was a winner.Take my advice and book right now. There is a high probability that you will be happy with your experience. By the way the breakfast is included and they serve from 7-11 so you will have time to grab something. Also thank you to management for hiring people like Lia.And the rest of the staff. I will remember this stay you can bet on it.
