Sofitel Brussels Le Louise

Le Louise Hotel Brussels is located in the upscale Avenue Louise / Toison d'Or shopping district. We arrived at the hotel after taking the Flibco and the metro from CRL airport. All the luxury shops like LV, Chanel, Hermes etc … are across the street from the hotel and Grand Place is about a 15 minutes walk away. The room is a nice size one with modern ultra clean bathroom with L’Occitane products. Breakfast has a good spread with a variety of hot dishes and pastries. The only area we feel needing improvement is the dinner menu. We have Chase Reserve card and it comes with $100 dining credit so we want to take advantage of it. My husband ordered the rib-eye steak while I had the hamburger with fried & salad. Both were overcooked! The rib-eye was not of high quality cut! Our conclusion: nice MGallery quality hotel with good breakfast but don’t eat there for dinner unless you want to put your $100 dining credit to use! Btw, we ran into The Emirates flight crew during our stay. Typically, top airlines only put their flight crew in solid hotels!

The location of this hotel is magnifique. So close to versailles chateau. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are airconditioned. The breakfast is super, an abundance of choice, although the price of it matches that. Sound proofing could be better, the French traffic is accompanied by honking horns and sirenes.

Lovely small hotel 15 min walk to center of Brussels. Warm welcome from staff and chocolate in our room. We booked with our Edit credit. Used our food and beverage for mussels in the lounge. Room was very comfortable with nice lounge to sit in

Home from home. I absolutely loved the time I spent in the Le Louise Hotel. The moment I arrived I was greated by Antonio, Rosana and Iris. All the staff are fantastic and central to the experience of the hotel. We stayed in a suite, no. 316 homage du Margarite (hopefully spelt ok). Lovely room and delightful products. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Thank you to the girl from Congo with the best smile of any person we met in Belgium. Fabulous start to the day. I live for her positivity. Excellent location. Close to the centre. The attention to us, the friendliness and the charm of everyone will have me back in Brussels very soon. I hope to see everyone again. Thank you all at Le Louise. Great hotel with lovely outdoor terrace to relax and have a snack or drink. Kind and helpful staff. Wonderful welcome tokens in the room. Room was spacious. Location as walkable to various sites. Waffles in cafe in the afternoon are delicious! Only downfall was Saturday night the street outside the hotel is loud. People, cars, motorcycles.
