Good Experience in the restaurant and not good stay in the Suite 231
I stayed 3 nights in the suite 231 from June 2nd to 5th. I will not stay anymore in your suite for these reasons : 1/ Too noisy when we open the windows. Direct access to a noisy street. 2/ I was surprised to be disturbed at 4am by outsider having direct access to my room phone number. What a shock. Oviously, was not able to sleep after this. My night was broken 3/ Vibration in the room, as I have shown to your Cleaning Ma nager, trigger the glass under the TV to vibrate... so noisy in the bedroom. This is not the first time I came. I enjoyed best privilege premium service in nearby THON Hotel with their Deluxe room with roof top balcony. The Loui Bar and Restaurant, in the contrary was very nice, cozzy. And perfect service of Mr Frederic.

One of the best hotels
This hotel was brilliant!! Everyone was top notch from the receptionist I can’t remember his name but he is from the Philippines, he was soooo helpful, had a welcoming smile each time I saw him. The housekeeper, Kusniati, was so kind and the equivalent of a warm morning hug. The concierge Patrick, knew all places and directions. He set up a morning taxi the night prior so we were on time to get our train to visit Paris. The breakfast was phenomenal, my stomach started to grumble just thinking about the consistent delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel it is worth every single dollar, euro, pound, (insert your currency to continue 🤣)

Ideally located hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and a welcoming, detail-oriented staff. Special thanks to Elias for upgrading my fiancée’s room before my arrival and for remembering me during my stay. Elias is exceptionally kind, professional, attentive, and truly customer-focused.
