Great stay but some details lacking.
Cons: Some aspects of the hotel did not feel like a 5 star hotel [See pictures]. Toilet roll sitting on top of holder / used condiment jars given to me by room service. Felt attention to detail was lacking. My room faced onto a main street and it was pretty noisey! Pros: Location is great. Close by to many restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast selection.

Excellent choice!
Fantastic hotel. Great hospitality! Beautiful and elegant. Breakfast could have been better and we had tour groups from Asia take over the breakfast area so that it was over crowded.

Great Hotel!!!
Great hotel with an excellent location and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great value. Service is friendly and attentive, amenities are well-maintained, and noise levels are minimal for a peaceful stay. Special mention to Front Office Manager Romain Etienne went above and beyond with customer service!! Highly recommended!

Service at it's finest
A truly outstanding experience at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s Brussels and a huge part of that was thanks to Kramre. From the moment we arrived, Kramre delivered exceptional service with a level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail that is rare to find. Every interaction felt genuine, every request was handled seamlessly, and it was clear that guest experience is taken very seriously, even getting the Temperature of the hot water for tea just right. It’s one thing to stay at a luxury hotel—but it’s another to feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Kramre made that difference. If you’re visiting Brussels and appreciate top-tier service, this is exactly where you want to be. Highly recommended. Thank you Kramre.

Staff was not friendly or accommodating Food for breakfast was not good nor was the lunch af their lunch restaurant. Beautiful hotel and room. Location was good. Hospitality left a lot to be desired for a place considered to be a 5 star hotel
