I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for several nights. They did have a Davidoff cigar lounge which no longer exists, but they are still cigar friendly and have a large terrace in the centre square of the hotel where you can smoke your own cigars. They provide beautiful cigar ashtrays for you to use. Food was superb for both dinner (often taken on the terrace with a cigar to follow) and breakfast in the restaurant. Reception staff were super helpful. Would recommend. I hope they stay cigar friendly and enhance their cigar offering again.

I booked this hotel with the Amex fine hotels and resorts. It gives you a nice benefit of $100 towards hotels amenities. I booked one night with my wife's card and one night with my card. Two separate reservations. I made the mistake of listing my wife's name on the reservation thinking this would make it easier to link the reservations. I was informed that because of this I was ineligible for the $100 on my reservation. I offered to login and show them the two different reservations. This didn't matter and she was kind of rude about it. For a nice hotel, you should go out of your way with costumer service instead of being snooty. The rooms are nice and we enjoyed that. Also, breakfast was good but the waffles were hard as a rock. I don't understand why if you come to the land of waffles why you wouldn't make fresh waffles. Embrace the culture for your guests. So nice place but very bad service.

The location is calm and pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty, though not the best I've had. A special mention for the desk in the room, very practical for business travellers. However, the overall service experience did not match the hotel's luxury positioning. The welcome was underwhelming: we had to wait until check-in to receive any form of greeting, and no one offered to help with our luggage. We were a group of five business travellers, and no one assisted us up the stairs to the check-in desk. The in-room amenities (grooming/toiletries) were much appreciated, and small details like this show potential but the front-of-house service needs real improvement to justify a five-star standing.

Great location and good breakfast, but service needs improvement. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was good. However, our overall stay was mixed. Upon arrival, the reception staff wasn't very helpful with our luggage, and customer service was just okay. Dining at the Loui restaurant was a disappointing experience. The dinner portions were very small. To make matters worse, we were charged €11 for water without any prior notice after simply asking for regular water. On top of that, our waiter was super rude. As for the room, the bed was just okay (so-so). Overall, the hotel has potential, but the dining staff and guest service definitely need improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s in Brussels. We stayed in the Superior Suite, which was beautiful, spacious,clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the service was excellent throughout our stay! Everything felt elegant and well looked after, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it! 🤍
