Excellent stay and breakfast buffet worth it.
This was our second stay at this excellent hotel with our teenage boys, and it remains our top choice in Brussels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though some furniture and bathrooms are showing their age. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, but the real highlight is the service—Kareema and her team are meticulous and truly provide the best service we've experienced. Check-in was seamless thanks to the incredibly helpful front desk staff, who go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with your room. Located in a safe, walkable area with great transit links, it’s an ideal base for families.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Concierge Patrick made our trip a joy. He was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The restaurant for dinner was weak, but plenty of other choices and breakfast was fantastic.

A generally pleasant stay with attentive staff, though a few small service details could be improved.
Our stay went rather well overall. However, there was no porter to assist us upon arrival. We had requested a baby cot when making our reservation, but it was not in the room when we arrived, even though the turndown service had already been completed. In addition, the tissue box was almost empty. On the other hand, the concierge, Pierre, and the porter from Cape Verde made a very good impression on us. In summary, it is a decent hotel, but not as good as the Amigo.

Family weekend break
We stayed here on an overnight trip to Brussels. It is a really beautiful hotel, great rooms and fantastic staff, I would highly recommend, it's close to the metro, tram outside too..probably a 20 min walk to the grand place, but this hotel is worth it. Really couldn't fault it, great value too.

I had just one day in Brussels and could not have found a better place to spend my time. I was greeted warmly by the front desk and was incredibly impressed by how nice the room was. I got a full detailed itinerary of the best spots to see and set off in an amazing sightseeing walk and had the best day wandering around Brussels. All very walkable from the hotel! It felt luxurious! I enjoyed a dinner at their restaurant and their breakfast buffet. All around an exceptional hotel. I can’t wait to come back.
