Great Hotel Experience! Would definitely consider again if returning to the area. Pros: Quiet comfortable room. Occasionally I could hear people walking/talking through the hallways, but did not hear any noise from adjacent room or room above me. Hotel room had all the things I needed for comfortable stay. Walk in shower was nice. As platinum elite Marriott member, they gave me free breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby, so I had a nice coffee and a breakfast entrée each morning (5 menu items to pick from). I had breakfast 3 times, my favorite was omelet, 2nd place was avocado toast, 3rd/last place was the skillet. I enjoyed their fitness room and used their peloton bike. There is a nice small park in front of the hotel which I walked at too. They have bikes that patrons could borrow, but I did not utilize this. Hotel was always clean and the staff was friendly. Cons: I could see that parking could be somewhat of an issue if the hotel is busy as there are some shops nearby too, but when I was there no issues finding close parking. I was disappointed that they did not offer me upgraded room with platinum elite status even when hotel was not busy at all. I typically need a really firm mattress for comfortable sleep and the bed seemed too soft. I did find that the mattress was firmer on the side away from the door, so I slept there and was ok but would have liked a firmer mattress.

To my delight, the found the Stella to be exceptional in every way. The hotel staff, restaurant, bar and rooms were exemplary. Very nice big rooms with incredibly comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The restaurant serves beautifully presented and delectable dishes. The bar areas are comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend this establishment.

Tiara at the front desk was amazing! She was extremely helpful during our room change as well as giving some good history on the building. I would come back just because of her hospitality.

Stayed here for a night so I could visit and help set up my kids homes for upcoming year of college. Was a quick stay but hotel was very nice with good amenities. I would 100% stay again. Room was spacious and comfortable with great a/c.

We had a fantastic experience at The Stella Hotel, where the service was consistently above and beyond. During our pool day, Phoebe checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive without hovering and made relaxing by the pool feel like a true vacation. Before dinner, we sat outside with drinks made by Hunter, who I noticed checking on us through the window multiple times to make sure we were all set. It’s rare to see that level of awareness. He clearly takes pride in what he does. Tristan made excellent mocktails for our teen daughters, with hand-muddled strawberries and fresh mint. They were genuinely impressed, which says a lot. At dinner, Bella was our server and handled an unexpectedly busy Wednesday night with grace and kindness. She apologized at the end for not giving us more attention, but honestly, she gave us everything we needed and then some. When someone in our group changed his mind about a side dish, she pivoted quickly and made it happen without missing a beat. We also met Logan, a friendly young valet who introduced himself to everyone in our group and shook our hands. Fred, who was delivering food upstairs, held the elevator and let us in first, which just reinforced how consistently courteous the staff are. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The level of hospitality across the board was top notch. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 will return.
