Mediocre service but beautiful place
This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is generally friendly but the service is unfortunately poor. Water is complimentary but they can’t send enough water if you need more than three small bottles at the time. We asked twice in one day and then showed them their own sign today and we still got less than 3 people can drink in August on two very hot days. Going to your fancy hotel as a family and having to constantly asking to get water is not the way a place with this price tag should work but after three times my guess is, the staff will not get it

Excellent breakfast and VIP access to the New York Cafe
The hotel is beautiful and close to the metro line. Easy access to most of the main attractions. But the real deal is the experience at the New York Cafe without waiting in the long line outside. As a hotel guest, you can ask the staff for a direct access to the cafe from inside the hotel. The cafe was very crowded though. Alternatively, you can have a dining table from the hotel side overlooking the cafe from the balcony. And you can't miss the breakfast here. You can skip the cafe and just have a breakfast as well since it's located in the same area, only a level below (but you can walk up to the cafe and take some pictures later). The food quality was excellent! Only a small hick-up with the guest room's toilet. It didn't flush properly. But other than that, it's just magnificent. Definitely recommended.

Poor service
Although when we entered our room 332 it looked impressive. However we found out very soon that there were serious defects. Like : no mirrors over the sink make proper shaving possible, not clean room , despite our repeated requests no vanity boxes, no bathroom amenities renewed, water Luke warm throughout our stay and no pressure in the shower. And when you turn on the tap strong noise from the water pump heard in the whole room.

The food and stuff were absolutely fantastic. I definitely recommend the eggs Benedict with the grated potato on top. krisztina was so helpful as well. Highly recommend a visit.
