Where Elegance Meets Warm Hospitality
From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by elegance, warmth, and exceptional service. This hotel is truly luxurious in every detail, with an atmosphere that makes you feel special and cared for at all times. Special thanks to Szintia at the breakfast area and Szuszana at the Front Office — they were both incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The gentleman at the omelet station also deserves a big mention; he was so funny and friendly! Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was working on January 25th and definitely made our morning brighter. The hotel shares the same magnificent building as the New York Café Budapest, often called the most beautiful café in the world. The breathtaking Roman-style classical interior feels like stepping into a palace. Every corner is stunning. An unforgettable stay filled with beauty, comfort, and true luxury

Exceptional Hospitality at New York Café, Budapest
Had a wonderful experience at New York Café, Budapest. Giougni, who was attending us, greeted us with a warm smile and was very interactive, polite, and attentive. Her service was quick and professional, which made the visit even more pleasant. Special thanks to Zsolt, the manager, who guided me in a very friendly manner. He took the time to advise me about new options and made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. His approach truly reflects excellent hospitality. Overall, an amazing experience with outstanding service and warm people. Highly recommended!

Beautiful building with Belle Époque decoration in the main restaurant. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.

Timi and Gyongy were lovely hostesses at breakfast. The whole team made us feel very welcome every day.

Fantastic stay
Excellent stay, hotel is immaculate. Room beautiful, and all staff friendly and accommodating. Especially Kristoff who served us breakfast each morning, what a lovely man. Thank you we look forward to returning with our son.
