Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel

We recently enjoyed a wonderful family stay at the Anantara New York Palace Budapest, and our overall experience was truly excellent. The hotel itself is magnificent: an iconic and beautifully maintained property, combining history, elegance and a very high standard of comfort. The quality of the services was consistently excellent throughout our stay. A special mention must go to the entire staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, attentive, courteous and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and well looked after. This level of service makes a real difference and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Being a member of the Minor Hotels loyalty programme also contributed to making our stay particularly smooth and enjoyable, and the benefits and attention associated with the membership were much appreciated. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. Of course, even at this level there is always room to improve — but this should be seen simply as an encouragement to continue striving for excellence and maintaining such an impressive level of guest satisfaction. Our compliments to the management and to the entire team. We would be very happy to return to this exceptional hotel on our next visit to Budapest.

Amazing place, me and my wife loved the hotel and service made it incredibly enjoyable. the ammenities of the hotel were amazing and we loved how close the hotel was to so many different great locations in Budapest. We will be back.

We were absolutely floored by the Anatara hotel, and especially the New York Cafe! We felt like we were having breakfast in Versailles! Service throughout was superb and the ambience in the atrium in the middle of the hotel was spectacular!We want to make a special thanks to our most accommodating waiter Maximilian, who was not only efficient and helpful but very friendly and warm!

It was great experience to be in that place. The hotel is beautiful. I, my husband and our little dog Pepsi were served by Maximilian,an incredibly kind member of staff who helped us choose the dessert and took care of us while we were enjoying the meal. I recommend both the hotel and the staff.

Very nice staff, with a special mention to Zita at their delightful Spa despite alternating opening of their Hammam/Sauna due to electricity savings with ongoing drought. Lovely hotel and Spa. Will come back for sure
