Excellent customer care, great atmosphere! We were greeted by the Front Desk Manager personally and were welcomed to the hotel. Great restaurant, wonderful concierge staff, and very polite and helpful bellman staff. Cheers to the front desk manager!

Stayed Four Nights at this Jewel of a hotel… Our room had a magnificent view of the Danube , with each night illuminated by the Chain Bridge and the lights of the magical buildings on the PEST side. What we loved: 1. Warm welcome at the door by Dora and Jack, the omnipresent, delightful front desk manager.. who clearly loves his job. 2. The hotel, especially the Lobby has such a beautiful sense of place… The staff and architecture create sense of intimacy .. not easy to do in a large space. 3. Make sure to meet Lazlo who welcomed us to our room and is the Ambassador of Hospitality and History. 4. The concierges are fabulous.. great recommendations. Try to take a private tour with Katalin , who has that right balance of incredible knowledge and engaging personality! 5. Location… you can stroll along Danube, visit The Basilica, The Market, The Opera and The Jewish Quarter… all must sees and within walking distance. And a quick cab right or walk to the sites of PEST. 6. Omggggg The SPA you must get the Omorovicza Facial… with those luxurious Hungarian skin products ( which are cheaper at their flagship store) The facial was heavenly .. the best I ever had. Kata , the spa manager is fantastic and very accommodating. 7. The Four Seasons GM Julie made it a point to meet us and seek feedback!! She is absolutely lovely and it’s obvious from the quality of our experience she is doing an amazing job! Side bar For hip fun clothes.. visit NUBU (near Opera house) You can bargain with cash at the market Pierrot is a delightful , authentic restaurant in PEST. Dinner at the hotel was also excellent. Budapest is a Beautiful , Safe and incredibly clean city. Enjoy

It was a memorable stay in the hearth of Budapest in one of it's gorgeous hotels! Palace that was turned into one of the world's most luxurious hotel chains object will leave a very few guests aweless) Great location, service and breakfast! We stayed there in January 2017.

My 5th or 6th visit to the Four Seasons and it never disappoints. All the team are just amazing and so polite. Doormen are on the ball and notice everything. Food is excellent, the atmosphere in the bar in the evenings is second to none with excellent accompanying music. Dress to impress as all customers are stylish. My wife and daughter joined me on this trip and we’re so impressed with all the four seasons has to offer. I could go on and on about how great a place this is but I will finish by saying the location alone is probably the best in Budapest. I will be back soon, thanks.

Visited the hotel, as a fan of 5* hospitality. Sat on their veranda and had the pleasure of Valin (think was the Sommelier) who introduced and recommended a fantastic local wine. There was a little confusion though as I had thought he pointed to a 5,500 HUF per glass. So was a little surprised when he used a Coravin to decant a glass. But it was stunning. So I ordered the same again. Transpires when our bill came that this wine was actually 25,000 HUF per glass! So our bill was a tad higher than I’d expected. But in true British style, I said nothing and paid. Grateful for the lovely service he provided and the atmosphere. The only potential negative when we arrived a very loud Lamborghini (among other supercars) was driving past, then pulled in and the rush of car groupies, taking photo’s, followed by the owner revving its engine…. Was annoying.
