Booked here as had such amazing experiences in other Kempinski Hotels. Check in was seamless, we arrived at midday but our room was ready on arrival. Room was very large and spacious, huge comfy bed and also had a sofa and desk to use. Bathroom was beautiful, all marble. The hotel is spotlessly clean, housekeeping do a fantastic job keeping it so tidy. Also have the turndown service which is nice, mini bar always stocked and easy to have topped off. Staying over new year meant the christmas tree and decorations were up and they were gorgeous, such a lovely festive feeling, also lots of places to sit in the lobby area when having a quick drink or waiting for a taxi. Location is the big selling point, it is so close to everything and all your sights, shops and must sees, we walked to everything, also lots of metro's nearby to hop onto. We would 100% stay of we returned to budapest and I would reccommend to anyone.

very central hotel, right beside the Ferris wheel and close to metro, bus and train stations. Hotel was good, big spacious rooms, very clean and well presented. Comfy large bed. Breakfast was the usual suspects, what you would expect at 5 star. Ate in the Grill one evening. Good fare, reasonably priced for hotel. Main bar was small and lacked atmosphere and very expensive. Some very long lines at reception at peak check in times. Staff good. Location makes it. handy for bars and restauants and shopping. and only 5 min walk from the river.

Together with my wife and friends I spent 3 day’s over new Year’s Eve in this luxury hotel in the heart of Budapest. We had an Executive Suite in the 7th floor with a fantastic view over the historic. Budapest, The room is very spacious, quiet and completely new refurbished. Everything is elegant and tasteful. The bath room is very huge ans has a wonderful walking shower. The staff in the hotel is very attentive and highly motivated. The New Year’s Dinner in the Living Room Restaurant was excellent. The hotel is located in the very center. In overall you can expect at Corvinus Hotel an excellent value for money!

The hotel is well located just behind the Ferris wheel landmark and fashion district. Unfortunately, we do not have a nice view as it's being blocked by a building under renovation and side street. Maybe if I requested for a courtyard view it'll be better. The vibe of the hotel is perfect though. From the moment you enter, especially this festive season, the huge wonderfully decorated Christmas tree with a ready couch for photo op is there to greet you. Our room is big, glad it has bathtub and separate toilet and bath. Perfect for my family of 3! We were greeted with a lovely bouquet of flowers (my fave), a bottle of champagne and a box of French macaron and berries matched by a greeting card from the lady in red! Perfect hospitality! The special welcome really showed how they value each of their guests and it made the last leg of our winter family trip extra special. Breakfast spread is good as well and stations are well separated so crowding is avoided -- of course in exemption of the cook-to-order egg station as there's only 1 preparing so the queue can get a little bit long especially during peak hours. In terms of cleanliness, I will suggest an improvement as I had to leave a note for the used glasses/mugs to be cleared and maybe add a bidet! Price wise it's on the higher side compared to other hotels but I think it's worth it especially when it comes to the service and room feel. All in all no regrets and I'm glad I booked at Kempinski to celebrate our New Year in Budapest, the 2nd time around. On our planned revisit, we will definitely stay here again!

Was visiting the area for Christmas and NYE, including Vienna. Stayed one night in Budapest for a quick visit. The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for what we wanted. Right next door to the Christmas markets, high end shopping, and restaurants. Extremely safe and beautiful area. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Five star quality but inexpensive for what you would expect. Pre-ordered breakfast before departure was on time and delicious. We could not have been happier.
