Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest

We opted for an upgrade and took a suite with a semicircular bedroom overlooking the Budapest eye. The bellhop was friendly showed us the amenities. The bed and bathroom were first class. The breakfast is amazing, I truly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Budapest was terrific on every level! The service from the staff was wonderful, my room was fabulous (I received an upgrade and I don't know why) and I had a fabulous breakfast daily at the Es Bistro and one delicious dinner!

We stayed here three nights while on a group tour. Hotel, rooms, and service are wonderful and the location is great! So impressed with Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest!

An outstanding hotel lives right up to its name with exceptional service, the highest quality, food and facilities. The bathroom is very spacious with push button water taps. My room included a nespresso machine. The The hotel is close to fashion Street and the Wayne square is in a sensational location shopping and dining out.

I had a five star experience at this hotel. The rooms were very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered so many options it was difficult to choose. There is a lovely outdoor eating area which is a great place to relax and have a drink or meal. The central location of the hotel makes it very easy and convenient to walk to all the places of interest. I think the most impressive aspect of the hotel is the staff, all of whom are dedicated to taking the best possible care of each guest. I especially want to highlight Lilla in reception and Vitalia in management for creating a wonderful experience for me. When I checked in, there was an issue with the amount of noise a neighbor was making. I went down and spoke to Lilla, who was very apologetic and said she was going to speak to her manager, Vitalia. All the rooms in the class I had booked were filled, so they upgraded me to a larger room in an area known to be very quiet. It would have been easier to just say they were fully booked instead of moving me to a room that was an upgrade. Their response to my issue was far beyond what I had expected and it made a big difference in my experience. I am very grateful that they took my issue seriously and went out of their way to resolve it immediately. This kind of attention to the customer stands out and I wish all other hotels could match the performance level of the Kempinski Corvinus. The staff are their greatest asset. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
