Just gets better
Second visit to this hotel and it’s now my go to when in Budapest. The staff at this hotel make it the most pleasant experience. They are all so friendly and helpful. Was able to get me a table at the most popular steak restaurant in town at very short notice when the website was showing no availability. Nothing is ever too much trouble. There was an Ai conference the day I was leaving and there were robots walking around the lobby most of the morning, it was true when the receptionist said we can never be replace by these robots. This was very true…. Cant wait to return, tip, always look for the very good value upgrade options in your email too before you arrive.

An understated gem of a hotel with excellent service and a welcoming feel. Would highly recommend.
Stayed two nights Mid-March for a sight seeing trip - found the hotel through British Airways Club offers. This is a newly refurbished hotel completed to a very high standard which exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Welcome and hotel briefing at check-in was very professional yet warm and welcoming. Room quality and positioning overlooking the garden courtyard was perfect and the general service, local advice and a personalised itinerary prepared by reception, bar and room service staff helped us maximise our short visit to Budapest. We're frequent & fussy travellers and can confidently say this is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We're already planning a return.

Friendly, helpful staff in a great hotel.
We were truly impressed with the Kimpton BEM hotel. The reception team were very helpful and extremely personable. We had plenty of laughs with them. The rooms were very comfortable - especially the pillows. We would definitely recommend a stay there. Thank you.
