MaMaison Andrassy Hotel

We stayed at Mamaison Andrassy on a Viking post river cruise extension. Our hotel room balcony faced a lovely quiet street. The hotel is modern, very clean and neat. The restaurant and bar face the busier street with outdoor seating provided a lively location for groups. Inside, closer to the hotel, we still enjoyed a quiet more intimate setting. The room was clean, with plenty of closet space, a spotlessly clean modern bathroom & shower, and an espresso machine for early morning coffee. The hotel is a short walk to one of Budapest's beautiful parks with excellent paved walking/biking paths. The staff was exceedingly courteous, friendly and attentive. This was most evident when they and our Viking host (who had a desk at the hotel) helped us with a weather related air travel change.

The location is in a green and quiet neighborhood, close to the metro and the hotel vibe is great. Room was huge and the breakfast amazing. The attention of the staff was kind and helpful

We stayed here during our short trip in Budapest. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful when it came to answering our enquiries. The hotel room provided all of the essentials for our stay and extra which was nice to have access to such as a safe, minifridge and hairdryer. We also had the breakfast that the hotel supplied which had a nice variety of things to choose from and overall the hotel was very clean :)

Hotel is in a great location 2 minutes from Metro stops into city centre , within walking distance from thermal baths. Quiet safe location. Staff very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. They gave great advice on things to do and see whilst in Budapest. Hotel rooms and ensuites spotlessly clean and comfortable and toiletries , shampoo etc. supplied. We didnt eat there as were out and about sightseeing and ate out. Only fault we could find was the coffee machine in the room didnt heat the water very well- lukewarm, other than that we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back to Mamaison Hotel Andrassy. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Visited as 2 adults and a 2 year old toddler. We had previously stayed at the Mamaison chain in Prague back in 2019, what a beautiful hotel that was. After doing a little research, there are 3 in Budapest. We agreed on Andrassy. I had emailed the hotel to see if they could maybe put some balloons up in our room as it has been my partner's birthday. Upon arrival the staff were fantastic, very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. A complete surprise to us, they had upgraded us to a suite, which was amazing! They were very attentive, also giving our daughter her own animal key for the room which was lovely and well received. The suite was beautiful, clean and well stocked. I think the staff took a shine to our little girl ( she has red hair like her mummy) which isn't a hair colouring you see on the residents of Budapest. There was a lovely lady and gent both when we arrived and departed behind reception who gave our daughter a little teddy bear which she loved, to this day she still takes it to bed with her mummy and daddy bear 💜 I hope the staff get the recognition they deserve.
