MaMaison Andrassy Hotel

Hotel is in a great location 2 minutes from Metro stops into city centre , within walking distance from thermal baths. Quiet safe location. Staff very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. They gave great advice on things to do and see whilst in Budapest. Hotel rooms and ensuites spotlessly clean and comfortable and toiletries , shampoo etc. supplied. We didnt eat there as were out and about sightseeing and ate out. Only fault we could find was the coffee machine in the room didnt heat the water very well- lukewarm, other than that we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back to Mamaison Hotel Andrassy. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Visited as 2 adults and a 2 year old toddler. We had previously stayed at the Mamaison chain in Prague back in 2019, what a beautiful hotel that was. After doing a little research, there are 3 in Budapest. We agreed on Andrassy. I had emailed the hotel to see if they could maybe put some balloons up in our room as it has been my partner's birthday. Upon arrival the staff were fantastic, very welcoming and happy to answer any questions. A complete surprise to us, they had upgraded us to a suite, which was amazing! They were very attentive, also giving our daughter her own animal key for the room which was lovely and well received. The suite was beautiful, clean and well stocked. I think the staff took a shine to our little girl ( she has red hair like her mummy) which isn't a hair colouring you see on the residents of Budapest. There was a lovely lady and gent both when we arrived and departed behind reception who gave our daughter a little teddy bear which she loved, to this day she still takes it to bed with her mummy and daddy bear 💜 I hope the staff get the recognition they deserve. Thank you soo much for being so welcoming.

Incredible hotel ! We got upgraded to a suite for my birthday and even got a birthday cake with birthday decorations and free champagne. The staff is very kind and welcoming and the breakfast is delicious. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was really easy to locate, in the city and within really commutable distance to really good attractions such as the spa and Heroes Square. Was in a good location close to shops and a couple of really nice restaurants. Immediately upon going into the hotel, the staff who welcomed us were really friendly and were also very accommodating. Check in/out process was easy. Hotel entrance was immaculate and the room was lovely with all relevant amenities with a complimentary water which was nice. Nice large bathroom and windows which made the room really bright and open. Definitely worth staying here if you come to Budapest :)

Nice hotel, good size room with balcony and comfortable beds. Room was nice and warm as it was quite cold when we arrived. Friendly and helpful receptionist staff. Close to the metro. Only issue was cold beans at breakfast...
