It's a great place where you can melt down through the experience of the look, food and spa. The location is close to everything you will need and at the same time is not located in some overcrowded place.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Staff were very kind when my wife was feeling unwell. Rooms excellent, beds very comfortable. Only issue could be location is not as central as other hotels, however 20-30 minutes walk and you are in the centre with many restaurants and cafes available.

Very nice service and breakfast! We didn't know that we needed to bring slippers and towels to Gellert Bath and even though we were checked out, they lent us slippers, towels and bath ropes. Excellent service!

First time in Budapest and the hotel was (near) perfection, beautiful and stunning, the decor is lovely, the staff very friendly, I would like to give some constructive feedback which would enhance the stay. Firstly the sky bar, it was frustrating that the weather in Budapest last week was absolutely stunning, very hot, yet the Sky bar was only open between 1200-1500 (this will change on the 1st May) but my point is you are missing a trick here, the awards in reception say that it is one of the best views in Buda, and yet when we did get to go up there it was amazing, but you are limiting yourselves because it is stunning - you should guage it on the weather and not the seasons - we visited and it was lovely, and there were a lot of visitors reading up there, and heres the point - if you went by the weather to gain access then people would love to come up in the morning to read, have breakfast and relax, instead you come across as too rigid due to the season timings. People will always go up there even if chilly to relax and have a drink, which entail is more revenue for you guys, so I would suggest you open depending on the weather each day, especially the evening. The Grand Hall is amazing for relaxing, and having a cup of tea, however a very "minor" comment, is (again this is to help you) is before the bar closes, you might want to revisit people and tell them the bar is closing and last orders - this will give people a chance to decide if they want to have a last drink, but if people are talking and forget the closing time of 1030, then its too late. These are really simple things, which I hope could help, other than that the hotel is amazing

Mystery hotel makes honour to its name

**Staff:** The staff is very friendly and helpful, with good English language skills. **Room:** The room is spacious and features stylish 17th-century furniture. It is also very clean. **Value for Money:** Although it's not the cheapest hotel, the price is appropriate for the quality of service provided. **Location:** The hotel is situated next to the railway station; however, noise from the trains was not an issue during my stay. It is situated on a quiet street, slightly away from the city centre. However, Uber and Bolt services are readily available, allowing for quick travel to any destination.
