Impressing building, great accommodation and professional service
We had a short weekend stay. Had great experience since the first step. Professional, friendly, and positive service. Great accommodation. Enjoyed every facility. Spa, restaurant. All around the best 5-star service . Definitely recommend it.

Amazing hotel and staff
The Mystery Hotel is amazing and staff are friendly yet professional. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. Our room was small but very well presented and cleaned daily. There was a coffee machine and kettle in the room and the hand wash etc is from the Rituals… collection - very nice. We had breakfast at the hotel, there was a good choice and you can request something different, such as omelettes or porridge to be freshly made. There is a Gym and small Spa within the hotel with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. This is included free for all hotel guests, they also offer other various treatments which can be booked and paid for. The bar was very quiet but nice to relax and staff were pleasant. The hotel was a short walk from the busier areas but we found the area felt safe and easy to navigate. The staff were all very helpful and the hotel was kept immaculately clean. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon.

Fantastic hotel, close to everything. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good, well organised with plenty of choice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Would 100% go back again
Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, perfect for couples and the customer service was amazing. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre and right by a bus stop that can get you to all the touristy locations.
