1828 Smart Hotel

1828 Smart Hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The location is superb, within easy walking distance of amzing restaurants, shops, markets, and bars. Everyone on the 1828 team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Horatio was always ready to assist with anything we needed, while Eugenia made some of the best cappuccinos we had in Buenos Aires. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were always greeted with genuine smiles and kindness. We stayed in Suite 401, a beautiful, spacious room with a balcony and an outdoor jacuzzi bath. It had a very unique atmosphere and felt wonderfully indulgent. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the food was delicious too. We would highly recommend 1828 Smart Hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. We hope to return one day, and it would definitely be our first choice again. A genuine 10/10 stay. Horatio will assist with anything ,Eugenia makes the best cappuccinos in Buenos Aires, nothing was ever too much trouble,always greeted with a smile & kindness. We stayed in Suite 401, a beautiful large room with balcony and outside jacuzzi bath, so decadent. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food was delicious too. This is a terrific hotel, in a great location, with a wonderful and attentive staff. The hotel has a small gym in the basement, which is terrific for a hotel this size. There are even showers down there if you arrive early and your room is not available yet. The breakfast is great, the pool is nice for a relaxing dip, but it's not a large lap pool (FYI). The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. As someone who travels often, this hotel succeeds in many ways and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a tremendous find. The room and the service are exceptional. The location is perfect. It's one of the finest places we've ever stayed.

This hotel is at an excellent location right in Palermo neighborhood and very close to some of the best restaurants and shopping. The hotel is small and quaint with around 20 rooms and has an excellent breakfast that goes till 12pm !…. And a pool, room service and workout room that is 24 hrs !!!…. But overall the best reason to stay here is the staff. They have the BEST staff incredibly helpful, caring and friendly folks…. Loved the front desk person - Horacio and Mariana / Ojenea at the bar / breakfast. I have been traveling over 30 years across the world and I have not found a better more attentive team as in the hotel. Just the very best !….
