Hotel Casa Lucia

I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. Upon arrival, the lobby looks quite grand and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. But upon arriving to our room, I was super disappointed. The furniture looked new, but the fixtures hadn't been changed since the refurb. Dirty carpers, scuffed walls and mould in the bathroom / shower (which clearly hadn't been updated in years!). Aside from the service and location, would not recommend, especially not at the price point.

Casa Lucia Buenos Aires is an absolute gem and one of the most charming boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are beautifully appointed—spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent bedding and stylish bathrooms. It’s clear that quality and guest comfort are top priorities here. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the best of Buenos Aires while returning to a peaceful and intimate environment at the end of the day. Casa Lucia delivers a refined, relaxed, and memorable experience. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with character, comfort, and exceptional service, I highly recommend it—you’ll leave wanting to return.

Amazing hotel on a quiet tree lined street with a few cool restaurants around it. Rooms are quiet, very spacious with all the amenities (including really awesome bath products and as a nice touch bath salts for bath). The service was fast and service workers very efficient and friendly. One major plus is the bed! Wow, I wish I could transport the pillows, the matress and blankets back home for restful sleep- seriosly! I am never comfortable with hotel bedding, but this was just wonderful! The breakfast was okay, wish the bread was fresher, but it didnt take away from the experience!

We moved to Casa Lucia after staying at a hotel in San Telmo. The neighborhood seemed much safer. Hotel is the perfect base for exploring BA. Rooms are lovely, although the shower is tiny. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. We really enjoyed our stay.
