Casa Lucia Buenos Aires is a wonderful hotel located on a quiet, beautiful street in one of the city’s most charming areas. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and excellent restaurants. The prime location and stunning architectural building certainly add to its appeal. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. However, a few small details slightly lowered my overall impression. There were some scuff marks on the walls, and paint had not been fully removed from certain fixtures. These minor issues don’t ruin the stay but are noticeable in a hotel at this price level. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Nicolas and Luciano — a big thank you to both of them for their excellent service. My biggest disappointment was related to pricing. I booked six nights for $1,799.29, but at checkout the total was significantly higher due to exchange rate differences. Make sure you pay for your booking in advance in U.S. dollars; otherwise, you may end up paying more. Additionally, when my flight was delayed due to a storm on the East Coast, I asked to extend my stay until midnight. The hotel offered a half-day stay for $210 (the rate for a simpler room that day), which I gladly accepted. However, at checkout, the amount charged was again higher due to the exchange rate. In total, I ended up paying $2,130 for six nights plus the half-day extension. I strongly recommend paying the full amount in advance to avoid surprises with currency fluctuations. Overall, I loved my stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and I would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Casa Lucia! The location was perfect for us -- close to what we wanted to do or a quick Uber ride away. The street it is on is known as the most "parisian" with lots of cafes nearby. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our only challenge was that it took a long time for the water to heat up at times. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a quiet nice street in the “French district.” The building is in an iconic buildings from the 1920-is. It is really a building with grace. Our room is spacious and include a large, nice bed and both a good coach and a set of two chairs and a table. The bathroom is also large and two sinks and a lot of space for your toilet stuff. What I especial appreciated is the second most spacious storage facility I have ever seen. The breakfast is good and include all I want. However, the very best of this hotel is that many of the staff are fantastic. They real feel like genuine nice and helpful people. I love them.
