Don’t usually like big hotels, yet loved this one
Beautiful wonderful hotel and guest experience. Staff was exceptionally trained. Room was always spotless and you have everything you needed and then some. Bathroom was really nice and spacious. Rooms were quiet and quite comfortable. Food was very good. Loved the pastry cafe. If you want t be in Recoleta, it’s the perfect location. Steps away from cafes and shopping.

The perfect base for exploring Buenos Aires
My husband and I spent a couple of weeks in Buenos Aires during July and chose the Sofitel in Recoleta as our base, even while taking side trips outside the city. It was an extremely perfect choice for our holiday because the location in Recoleta is top-tier and felt so safe and central. From the moment we pulled up, the service was truly exceptional. The young men at the front entrance were always right there to handle our heavy luggage with a smile, and the concierge desk provided top-notch recommendations that made our trip so special. We experienced such great hospitality and genuinely comfortable beds after long days of walking around the neighborhood. I originally tried to submit this feadback using the card they handed us at checkout, but since the link gave me trouble, I wanted to make sure I left 5 stars here instead. We loved everything about our time at this property and will definitely be returning on our next Argentine adventure.

Excellent hotel in the best part of Buenos Aires
I have tried to provide the review from the card that is given to us at the hotel, but I have been unable to open it for review. Please note that my husband and I stayed during the last two weeks of July at your hotel. We travelled outside of Buenos Aires, so our stay was not continuous. We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff. The staff at the Concierge unit were excellent. So were the young men at the door who assisted is with our luggage.

Would happily stay here again
Classy, upscale hotel in a good, walkable neighborhood. Excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet. Comfortable two-bed room, a bit on the small side. Shout out to Thiago and the rest of the excellent lobby staff - an ideal blend of professionalism and friendliness.

We were more than pleased with the location ,quality of food , cleanliness and service . a special mention must be made of Jeremais and Frederico who helped us with our phones, directions and so much more , they are both an asset to your hotel
